SUBJECT : How to paint the area where cavity coating is peeled off
Background : Damage to cavity is getting increased with its coating peeled off, especially
at the bottom of inside oven, front panel and/or inside door. On the other hand,
there is no service materials supplied for repair, which result in Return loss. So,
to minimize the return loss, we are ready to supply Touch-up paint for repair.
Cause :
Coating peeled off due to ; -
1) some salty food accumulated at the bottom, and
2) overweighted pressure of guide roller turning with heavy food on glass tray
3) arcing due to cooking wares touched to cavity wall
Solution :
Based on the below method
Step 1 : Scrub the area where Cavity coating is peeled off by arcing or
Step 2 : Apply Touch-up paint to the sanded area.
Step 3 : Use the oven after being dried at least for a day.
