Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to nal
approval on the terms and conditions
contained in our standard customer
acknowledgment form.

Materials Return

Saleable, current component parts
in a new or unused condition must
have prior authorization by the Parts
Packaging Supervisor or Customer
Service before being returned. Parts
may only be considered for return
within 90 days from the original
invoice date. Invoice numbers must
be provided to Customer Service prior
to obtaining a return authorization
number. All parts returned without
prior authorization will be destroyed
or sent back to the sender at their
expense. All returns will be subject to
our inspection and a 25% restocking
charge. Returned parts that are
damaged or in a condition that
prevents resale will not be credited.
Service/Warranty Parts returned
in accordance with warranty claim
provisions do not require prior
authorization, but will be subject to
