SPECIFICATIONS

The Continental Bakery SCCB-CR Series is a two
compartment bakery display case consisting of a
refrigerated service top section and a refrigerated
self-service bottom section. Available with a choice of
standard grade plastic laminate exterior ends. The lower
section has stainless steel deck pan(s) with a raised fitted
hemmed edge to contain spills. Deck pan can be removed
for easy cleaning.

1. SCCB60R-CR and SCCB72R-CR require a floor drain.

2. All Remote units must be run to a floor drain at time of installation.

3. The SCCB-CR merchandiser is designed for use in stores where temperature and humidity do not exceed 75 degrees F and 55% R. H. Locate

away from direct sunlight, rapid air currents and extreme temperature changes, Exposure to air currents from ceiling fans, air conditioners,

ovens, etc. will disrupt the case's air curtain and refrigerated zone within. Any adverse field conditions stated above will void warranty.
