This compact acoustic guitar amp oers the utmost in portability
• The MOBILE AC is a stereo amp for acoustic guitars with 5 W output (2.5 W + 2.5 W).
• Three types of eects (chorus, reverb, wide) are provided, allowing you to add spaciousness and
depth to your acoustic guitar sound.
• Six alkaline batteries (AA, LR6) allow approximately 15 hours of operation, letting you use the unit
anywhere.
• A dedicated strap is included for convenient portability.
Three-channel design allows simultaneous use of guitar, mic, and audio input
• You can use the mic input when accompanying yourself or another vocalist.
• You can use the audio input to listen to sound from your digital audio player or CD while you practice
or jam along.

Getting Ready
Before using this unit, carefully read the sections entitled: “USING THE UNIT SAFELY” and
“IMPORTANT NOTES” (p. 11; p. 14). These sections provide important information concerning the
proper operation of the unit. Additionally, in order to feel assured that you have gained a good
grasp of every feature provided by your new unit, Owner’s manual should be read in its entirety.
The manual should be saved and kept on hand as a convenient reference.
Attaching the Strap
1. Pass the strap through the strap holder.
2. Secure the strap to the strap pin.
NOTE
• Use only the provided strap.
• Attach the strap securely so that it does not easily become
detached. If the strap is loose, and you use it that way
when carrying the MOBILE AC, the amp could be dropped,
possibly resulting in damage or injury.
• Do not spin or swing the MOBILE AC while holding it by
the strap. This is extremely dangerous, as it may cause the
strap to become detached; or, if the motion is repeated
enough, may even break the strap.
• The included strap is meant for exclusive use with the
MOBILE AC. Do not use this strap for other products.

Installing the Batteries
Insert the included six alkaline batteries (AA, LR6)
as shown in the illustration, making sure that their
polarity is correct.
NOTE
• When closing the lid of the battery compartment, rst insert the catches on the lid into the matching
cavities, then push the lid down rmly until you hear a click.
• Incorrect handling of batteries can cause leakage, overheating, re, or explosion. Before use, you must
read and strictly observe all of the precautions that accompany the batteries.
• Carefully follow the installation instructions for batteries, and make sure you observe the correct
polarity.
• Avoid using new batteries together with used ones. In addition, avoid mixing dierent types of
batteries.
• Remove the batteries whenever the unit is to remain unused for an extended period of time.
• Never keep batteries together with metallic objects such as ballpoint pens, necklaces, hairpins, etc.
• Used batteries must be disposed of in compliance with whatever regulations for their safe disposal that
may be observed in the region in which you live.
• If operating this unit on batteries, please use alkaline batteries.
• If operating this unit on batteries, please disconnect the AC adaptor from this unit.
• Expected battery life under continuous use:
Alkaline (AA, LR6): approximately 15 hours

Top Panel
Adjusting the volume
[MIC VOLUME] knob
This knob adjusts the volume of the microphone.
[AUDIO VOLUME] knob
This knob adjusts the volume of the device
connected to the AUDIO jacks (stereo mini-jack
and RCA phono jacks).
* If you want to independently adjust the
volume of the devices connected to the
stereo mini-jack and the RCA phono
jacks, adjust the volume on the devices
themselves.
[GUITAR VOLUME] knob
This knob adjusts the volume of the guitar.
Widening the sound
[WIDE] switch
If you press this switch to turn it
on, the sound image produced
by the MOBILE AC will be
broadened.
If you’re using chorus and reverb, the broadening
eect will be even stronger.
OFFON
Applying chorus to the sound of your guitar
[CHORUS] switch
If you press this switch to turn it on, chorus will be applied to the sound of your guitar.
This creates a beautifully spacious sound. On the MOBILE AC, the right speaker (as you face the
unit) emits the eect-processed sound while the left speaker emits the direct sound.
The chorus eect is created as the sounds from the left and right speakers are mixed in the air (spacially synthesized
chorus).
Power indicator
This indicator lights when the unit is turned on.
* When operating on battery power only, the unit’s indicator will become dim during play when battery
power gets too low. Replace the battery as soon as possible.

Panel Descriptions
Adjusting the brightness of the sound
[TONE] knob
This knob adjusts the brightness of the sound that’s output by the MOBILE AC.
Turning the knob toward the right will brighten the sound; turning it toward the left will produce a milder tone.
Applying reverb
[REVERB] knob
This knob applies reverb to the sound of the microphone and the guitar, creating a spacious reverberation that
makes it sound like you are performing in a large room or hall. Turning the knob toward the right will produce
increasingly deeper reverberation. If you don’t want to apply reverb, set the knob to the OFF position.

The sound of the devices connected
to the stereo mini-jack and the RCA
phono jacks will be mixed.

* We recommend that you keep batteries installed
in the unit even though you’ll be powering it
with the AC adaptor. That way, you’ll be able to
continue using even if the cord of the AC adaptor
gets accidently disconnected from the unit.

Panel Descriptions
Turning the Power On and O
* Once everything is properly connected, be sure to follow the procedure below to turn on
their power. If you turn on equipment in the wrong order, you risk causing malfunction or
equipment failure.
1. Make sure that all volume controls on the MOBILE AC and all connected devices are
at the minimum setting.
2. Turn on the power of the connected devices.
3. Press the [POWER] switch to turn on the MOBILE AC.
* This unit is equipped with a protection circuit. A brief interval (a few seconds) after turning the
unit on is required before it will operate normally.
4. Adjust the volume of the MOBILE AC and the connected devices.
* Howling could be produced depending on the location of microphones or guitars relative to
speakers. This can be remedied by:
1. Changing the orientation of the microphone or the guitar.
2. Relocating the microphone or the guitar at a greater distance from speakers.
3. Lowering volume levels.

5. When you want to turn the power o, minimize the volume on the MOBILE AC and
all connected devices, and then turn o their power in the opposite order of that
followed when turning them on.
* Before turning the unit on/o, always be sure to turn the volume down. Even with the volume
turned down, you might hear some sound when switching the unit on/o. However, this is
normal and does not indicate a malfunction.

Mounting on a Mic Stand
By using a mic stand, you can mount the MOBILE AC
at the optimal height for use as a monitor speaker or
simple PA device.
The mic stand holder (the hole diameter) is compatible
with both 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch types.
If you’re using the MOBILE AC with a 5/8 inch mic stand,
remove the mic stand adaptor from the bottom of the
unit.
NOTE
• When placing the MOBILE AC upside down, take care not to damage the buttons or knobs, and be
careful not to let it fall or tip over.
• If you’re not using a mic stand, be sure to attach the mic stand adaptor to prevent leakage of sound
(air).
Requirements when using a mic stand
As shown in the illustration, you must use a mic stand
that can be lower than 125 cm (49-1/4”; including the
MOBILE AC), and whose legs will be 63 cm (24-13/16”)
or more when opened to a maximum width.

NOTE
• Using a mic stand that does not meet the specications above may result in damage to equipment or
injury due to the stand tipping over.
• When using MOBILE AC with a mic stand, the mic stand must be carefully placed so it is level and sure
to remain stable.
• Cables connected to MOBILE AC should be given enough slack to prevent accidents that might result
from someone tripping over them.
• To prevent accidents due to falls, do not place any object on the MOBILE AC when it’s mounted on a
mic stand.
• After attaching the MOBILE AC to the mic stand, check to make sure that it is stable before you use it.

Troubleshooting
If the system does not work as you expect, check the following points rst.

About the Symbols
The symbol alerts the user to important instructions or

WARNING
Do not place in an unstable location
Make sure you always have the unit placed so
it is level and sure to remain stable. Never place
it on stands that could wobble, or on inclined
surfaces.
Use only the specied AC adaptor and the correct
voltage
Use only the specied AC adaptor (p. 10), and
make sure the line voltage at the installation
matches the input voltage specied on the AC
adaptor’s body. Other AC adaptors may use a
dierent polarity, or be designed for a dierent
voltage, so their use could result in damage,
malfunction, or electric shock.
Use only the included power cord
Use only the attached power-supply cord. Also,
the supplied power cord must not be used with
any other device.
Do not bend the power cord or place heavy objects
on it
Do not excessively twist or bend the power
cord, nor place heavy objects on it. Doing so can
damage the cord, producing severed elements
and short circuits. Damaged cords are re and
shock hazards!

WARNING
Avoid extended use at high volume
This unit, either alone or in combination with an
amplier and headphones or speakers, may be
capable of producing sound levels that could
cause permanent hearing loss. Do not operate
for a long period of time at a high volume
level, or at a level that is uncomfortable. If you
experience any hearing loss or ringing in the
ears, you should immediately stop using the
unit, and consult an audiologist.
Don’t allow foreign objects or liquids to enter unit;
never place containers with liquid on unit
Do not place containers containing liquid on
this product. Never allow foreign objects (e.g.,
ammable objects, coins, wires) or liquids (e.g.,
water or juice) to enter this product. Doing so
may cause short circuits, faulty operation, or
other malfunctions.
Turn o the unit if an abnormality or malfunction
occurs
Immediately turn the unit o, remove the AC
adaptor from the outlet, and request servicing
by your retailer, the nearest Roland Service
Center, or an authorized Roland distributor, as
listed on the “Information” page when:
• The AC adaptor, the power-supply cord, or the
plug has been damaged; or
• If smoke or unusual odor occurs; or
• Objects have fallen into, or liquid has been
spilled onto the unit; or
• The unit has been exposed to rain (or
otherwise has become wet); or
• The unit does not appear to operate normally
or exhibits a marked change in performance.
WARNING
Do not share an outlet with an unreasonable
number of other devices
Do not force the unit’s power-supply cord to
share an outlet with an unreasonable number of
other devices. Be especially careful when using
extension cords—the total power used by all
devices you have connected to the extension
cord’s outlet must never exceed the power
rating (watts/amperes) for the extension cord.
Excessive loads can cause the insulation on the
cord to heat up and eventually melt through.
Do not use overseas
Before using the unit in a foreign country,
consult with your retailer, the nearest Roland
Service Center, or an authorized Roland
distributor, as listed on the “Information” page.
Handle batteries carefully
• Batteries must never be recharged, heated,
taken apart, or thrown into re or water.
• Never expose batteries to excessive heat such
as sunshine, re or the like.
• Incorrect handling of batteries can cause
leakage, overheating, re, or explosion.
Before use, you must read and strictly observe
all of the precautions that accompany the
batteries.
Adults must provide supervision in places where
children are present
When using the unit in locations where children
are present, be careful so no mishandling of the
unit can take place. An adult should always be
on hand to provide supervision and guidance.
Do not drop or subject to strong impact
Protect the unit from strong impact.
(Do not drop it!)

CAUTION
Place in a well ventilated location
The unit and the AC adaptor should be located so
their location or position does not interfere with
their proper ventilation.
Grasp the plug when connecting or disconnecting
the AC adaptor
Always grasp only the plug on the AC adaptor
cord when plugging into, or unplugging from,
an outlet or this unit.
Periodically clean the AC adaptor’s plug
At regular intervals, you should unplug the AC
adaptor and clean it by using a dry cloth to wipe
all dust and other accumulations away from
its prongs. Also, disconnect the power plug
from the power outlet whenever the unit is to
remain unused for an extended period of time.
Any accumulation of dust between the power
plug and the power outlet can result in poor
insulation and lead to re.
Manage cables for safety
Try to prevent cords and cables from becoming
entangled. Also, all cords and cables should be
placed so they are out of the reach of children.
Avoid climbing on top of the unit, or placing heavy
objects on it
Never climb on top of, nor place heavy objects
on the unit.
Do not connect or disconnect the AC adaptor with wet
hands
Never handle the AC adaptor or its plugs with
wet hands when plugging into, or unplugging
from, an outlet or this unit.
Disconnect everything before moving the unit
Before moving the unit, disconnect the AC
adaptor and all cords coming from external
devices.
Unplug the AC adaptor from the outlet before
cleaning
Before cleaning the unit, turn it o and unplug
the AC adaptor from the outlet (p. 6).
If there is a possibility of lightning strike,
disconnect the AC adaptor from the outlet
Whenever you suspect the possibility of
lightning in your area, disconnect the AC
adaptor from the outlet.

Handle the ground terminal carefully
If you remove the screw from the ground
terminal, be sure to replace it; don’t leave it lying
around where it could accidently be swallowed by
small children. When refastening the screw, make
that it is rmly fastened, so it won’t come loose.
Handle leaking batteries carefully
• If uid has leaked from a battery, make sure
not to touch it with your bare hands.
• If any of the leaking uid gets into your eyes,
the loss of vision may result. Do not rub your
eyes; use clean water to ush them thoroughly.
Then, promptly see a doctor.
• Burning of the skin or dermatitis may result if
uid has gotten onto your skin or clothing. Use
clean water to ush aected areas thoroughly;
then, promptly see a doctor.
• Using a soft cloth, carefully wipe any
remaining uid from the inside of the battery
compartment. Then, install new batteries.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Power Supply
• Do not connect this unit to same electrical outlet that is
being used by an electrical appliance that is controlled
by an inverter or a motor (such as a refrigerator,
washing machine, microwave oven, or air conditioner).
Depending on the way in which the electrical appliance
is used, power supply noise may cause this unit to
malfunction or may produce audible noise. If it is not
practical to use a separate electrical outlet, connect
a power supply noise lter between this unit and the
electrical outlet.
• The AC adaptor will begin to generate heat after long
hours of consecutive use. This is normal, and is not a
cause for concern.
• The use of an AC adaptor is recommended as the unit’s
power consumption is relatively high. Should you prefer
to use batteries, please use the alkaline type.
• To prevent malfunction and equipment failure, always
make sure to turn o the power on all your equipment
before you make any connections.
Power Supply: Use of Batteries
• When installing or replacing batteries, always turn this
unit o and disconnect any other devices you may have
connected. This way, you can prevent malfunction and
damage.
• The life of the supplied batteries may be limited, since
its primary purpose was to enable testing.
• If the batteries run extremely low, the sound may
distort / interruptions in the sound may occur at high
volume levels, but this does not indicate a malfunction.
If this occurs, please replace the batteries / use the AC
adaptor (sold separately).
• If operating this unit on batteries, please use alkaline
batteries.
• If operating this unit on batteries, please disconnect the
AC adaptor from this unit.
Placement
• Using the unit near power ampliers (or other
equipment containing large power transformers) may
induce hum. To alleviate the problem, change the
orientation of this unit; or move it farther away from the
source of interference.
• This device may interfere with radio and television
reception. Do not use this device in the vicinity of such
receivers.
• Noise may be produced if wireless communications
devices, such as cell phones, are operated in the vicinity
of this unit. Such noise could occur when receiving
or initiating a call, or while conversing. Should you
experience such problems, you should relocate such
wireless devices so they are at a greater distance from
this unit, or switch them o.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight, place it near
devices that radiate heat, leave it inside an enclosed
vehicle, or otherwise subject it to temperature extremes.
Excessive heat can deform or discolor the unit.
• When moved from one location to another where the
temperature and/or humidity is very dierent, water
droplets (condensation) may form inside the unit.
Damage or malfunction may result if you attempt to
use the unit in this condition. Therefore, before using
the unit, you must allow it to stand for several hours,
until the condensation has completely evaporated.
• Depending on the material and temperature of the
surface on which you place the unit, its rubber feet may
discolor or mar the surface.
You can place a piece of felt or cloth under the rubber
feet to prevent this from happening. If you do so,
please make sure that the unit will not slip or move
accidentally.
• Do not put anything that contains water on this unit.
Also, avoid the use of insecticides, perfumes, alcohol, nail
polish, spray cans, etc., near the unit. Swiftly wipe away
any liquid that spills on the unit using a dry, soft cloth.
Maintenance
• For everyday cleaning wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth
or one that has been slightly dampened with water. To
remove stubborn dirt, use a cloth impregnated with a
mild, non-abrasive detergent. Afterwards, be sure to
wipe the unit thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Never use benzine, thinners, alcohol or solvents of any
kind, to avoid the possibility of discoloration and/or
deformation.

Additional Precautions
• Use a reasonable amount of care when using the unit’s
buttons, sliders, or other controls; and when using
its jacks and connectors. Rough handling can lead to
malfunctions.
• When disconnecting all cables, grasp the connector
itself—never pull on the cable. This way you will avoid
causing shorts, or damage to the cable’s internal
elements.
• To avoid disturbing others nearby, try to keep the unit’s
volume at reasonable levels.
• When you need to transport the unit, package it in the
box (including padding) that it came in, if possible.
Otherwise, you will need to use equivalent packaging
materials.
• Some connection cables contain resistors. Do not use
cables that incorporate resistors for connecting to
this unit. The use of such cables can cause the sound
level to be extremely low, or impossible to hear. For
information on cable specications, contact the
manufacturer of the cable.
Ground terminal
• Depending on the circumstances of a particular setup,
you may experience a discomforting sensation, or
perceive that the surface feels gritty to the touch when
you touch this device, microphones connected to it,
or the metal portions of other objects, such as guitars.
This is due to an innitesimal electrical charge, which
is absolutely harmless. However, if you are concerned
about this, connect the ground terminal with an external
ground. When the unit is grounded, a slight hum may
occur, depending on the particulars of your installation.
If you are unsure of the connection method, contact the
nearest Roland Service Center, or an authorized Roland

Vorbereitungen
Bevor Sie das Gerät einsetzen, lesen Sie die folgenden Abschnitte sorgfältig durch: „SICHERER BETRIEB DES
GERÄTES“ und „WICHTIGE HINWEISE“ (S. 11; S. 14). Diese Abschnitte liefern wichtige Hinweise zum sicheren

Anbringen des Tragegurts
1. Führen Sie den Gurt durch die Halterung.
2. Befestigen Sie den Gurt am Gurt-Pin.
HINWEIS
• Verwenden Sie nur den mitgelieferten Gurt.
• Befestigen Sie den Gurt so, dass er sich nicht versehentlich
lösen kann. Falls der Gurt locker ist, während der MOBILE
AC am Gurt getragen wird, könnte der Verstärker zu Boden
fallen, was Schäden oder Verletzungen verursachen kann.
• Machen Sie keine Dreh- oder Schwingbewegungen mit
dem MOBILE AC, während Sie ihn am Gurt halten. Dies ist
äußerst gefährlich, da sich dadurch der Gurt lösen oder,
wenn die Bewegung zu oft wiederholt wird, sogar reißen
kann.
• Der mitgelieferte Gurt ist für den ausschließlichen
Gebrauch mit dem MOBILE AC vorgesehen. Verwenden Sie
diesen Gurt nicht für andere Produkte.

RICHTIG FALSCH
Vorbereitungen
Einsetzen der Batterien
Setzen Sie die sechs mitgelieferten Alkalibatterien
(AA, LR6) wie in der Abbildung dargestellt ein und
achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität.
HINWEIS
• Führen Sie beim Schließen des Batteriefachdeckels als erstes die Zapfen am Deckel in die entsprechenden Aussparungen ein, und drücken Sie dann den Deckel fest zu, bis er hörbar einrastet.
• Eine unsachgemäße Handhabung von Batterien kann zu Auslaufen, Überhitzung, Feuer und
Explosionen führen. Lesen Sie vor der Verwendung von Batterien alle den Batterien beigefügten
Sicherheitshinweise, und beachten Sie diese genau.
• Befolgen Sie sorgfältig die Anweisungen zum Einsetzen der Batterien. Achten Sie dabei genau auf die
richtige Polarität.
• Verwenden Sie neue Batterien nicht zusammen mit gebrauchten Batterien. Verwenden Sie nicht
Batterien unterschiedlichen Typs.
• Nehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem Gerät heraus, wenn Sie dieses für längere Zeit nicht benutzen.
• Bewahren Sie Batterien nicht zusammen mit metallischen Gegenständen wie Kugelschreibern,
Halsketten, Haarnadeln usw. auf.
• Gebrauchte Batterien müssen gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen Ihrer Region entsorgt werden.
• Verwenden Sie für den Batteriebetrieb dieses Gerätes Alkalibatterien.
• Trennen Sie im Batteriebetrieb den Netzadapter vom Gerät.

verwenden, wird der Klangverbreiterungseekt
noch verstärkt.
AUSEIN
Einen Chorus-Eekt zum Gitarrenklang hinzufügen
Schalter [CHORUS]
Wenn Sie diesen Schalter hinein drücken, erhält der Gitarrenklang einen Chorus-Eekt.
Dies erzeugt einen außergewöhnlichen Raumklang. Der rechte Lautsprecher (Gerät von
vorne) des MOBILE AC gibt den Klangeekt wieder und der linke Lautsprecher den direkten
Klang.
Der Chorus-Eekt entsteht, wenn sich die Ausgaben des linken und rechten Lautsprechers im Raum mischen
(räumlich erzeugter Chorus-Eekt).
Anzeige POWER
Diese Anzeige leuchtet, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist.
* Bei Batteriebetrieb wird die Anzeige zunehmend dunkler, sobald die Batteriespannung absinkt. Ersetzen
Sie dann die Batterien so bald wie möglich.

Einstellen der Klanghelligkeit
Regler [TONE]
Mit diesem Regler kann die Helligkeit des vom MOBILE AC erzeugten Klangs eingestellt werden.
Durch Drehen des Reglers nach rechts wird der Sound heller, durch Drehen des Reglers nach links wird der
Sound gedämpft.
Einen Reverb-Eekt hinzufügen
Regler [REVERB]
Mit diesem Regler kann für den Mikrofon- oder Gitarrensound durch Hinzufügen von Hall ein Raumeekt
erzeugt werden, der sich wie der Klang in einem großen Raum oder einer Halle anhört. Wenn Sie den Regler
nach rechts drehen, wird der Halleekt zunehmend verstärkt. Wenn Sie keinen Hall hinzufügen möchten,
stellen Sie den Regler in die OFF-Position.

von der Stromversorgung getrennt wird.

Ein- und Ausschalten
* Schließen Sie erst alles richtig an, und folgen Sie dann dem nachfolgend beschriebenen
Vorgang zum Einschalten der Geräte. Wenn Sie Geräte in der falschen Reihenfolge einschalten,
besteht die Gefahr von Fehlfunktionen.
1. Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Lautstärkeregler am MOBILE AC und an allen
angeschlossenen Geräten in der Minimalstellung stehen.
2. Schalten Sie die angeschlossenen Geräte ein.
3. Drücken Sie den Schalter [POWER], um den MOBILE AC einzuschalten.
* Dieses Gerät ist mit einer Schutzschaltung ausgestattet. Nach dem Einschalten entsteht eine
kurze Betriebspause von einigen Sekunden, bis das Gerät normal arbeitet.
4. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke des MOBILE AC und der angeschlossenen Geräte ein.
* Je nach Aufstellort und -position von Mikrofonen oder Gitarren im Verhältnis zu Lautsprechern
können Rückkopplungen entstehen. Dies kann im Allgemeinen folgendermaßen vermieden
werden:
1. Ändern der Ausrichtung des Mikrofons oder der Gitarre.
2. Aufstellen des Mikrofons oder der Gitarre in größerer Entfernung von den Lautsprechern.
3. Verringern der Lautstärke.

5. Wenn Sie das Gerät ausschalten möchten, regeln Sie die Lautstärke des MOBILE AC
und aller angeschlossenen Geräte auf Minimum und schalten Sie die Geräte dann in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge des Einschaltens aus.
* Achten Sie immer darauf, die Lautstärke herunterzuregeln, bevor Sie das Gerät ein- oder
ausschalten. Selbst bei heruntergeregelter Lautstärke sind möglicherweise Geräusche zu
hören, wenn Sie das Gerät ein- oder ausschalten. Dies ist jedoch normal und stellt keine
Fehlfunktion dar.

Befestigung auf einem Mikrofonständer
Mit Hilfe eines Mikrofonständers können Sie den
MOBILE AC auf optimaler Höhe befestigen und ihn als
Monitorlautsprecher oder einfache PA-Anlage verwenden.
Das Mikrofonständergewinde (Gewindedurchmesser)
ist mit 3/8-Zoll- und 5/8-Zoll-Anschlusstypen
kompatibel.
Wenn Sie den MOBILE AC mit einem Mikrofonständer mit
5/8-Zoll-Gewinde verwenden, entfernen Sie den Adapter
aus dem Gewinde an der Unterseite des Gerätes.
HINWEIS
• Wenn Sie den MOBILE AC umdrehen, achten Sie darauf, dass die Tasten oder Drehknöpfe nicht
beschädigt werden und dass das Gerät nicht herunterfällt oder umkippt.
• Wenn Sie keinen Mikrofonständer benutzen, schrauben Sie den Mikrofonständer-Adapter in jedem Fall
wieder ein, um ein Austreten von Schall (Luft) zu vermeiden.

kann, und dessen Füße auf einen Standdurchmesser
von mindestens 63 cm ausgebreitet werden können.

HINWEIS

• Um Unfälle durch Herunterfallen oder Umkippen zu vermeiden, legen Sie keine Gegenstände auf dem
MOBILE AC ab, wenn dieser auf einem Mikrofonständer montiert ist.
• Nachdem Sie den MOBILE AC auf dem Mikrofonständer montiert haben, prüfen Sie, ob der Aufbau
stabil ist, bevor Sie ihn benutzen.

Fehlerbehebung
Wenn das System nicht wie erwartet funktioniert, prüfen Sie zuerst folgende Punkte.

Über die Symbole
Das Symbol weist den Anwender auf wichtige Anweisungen
oder Warnungen hin. Die genaue Bedeutung des Symbols ist an
der Abbildung innerhalb des Dreiecks zu erkennen. Im Falle des
links abgebildeten Symbols sind dies allgemeine Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, Warnungen oder Gefahrenhinweise.
Das Symbol weist den Anwender auf Vorgänge hin, die niemals
ausgeführt werden dürfen (verboten sind). Welcher Vorgang genau
nicht ausgeführt werden soll, ist an der Abbildung innerhalb des
Kreises zu erkennen. Im Falle des links abgebildeten Symbols bedeutet
es hier, dass das Gerät niemals auseinander genommen werden darf.
Das Symbol weist den Anwender auf Vorgänge hin, die
ausgeführt werden müssen. Welcher Vorgang genau ausgeführt
werden soll, ist an der Abbildung innerhalb des Kreises zu

WARNUNG
Nicht selbst auseinanderbauen oder modizieren
Önen Sie weder das Gerät noch den
Netzadapter, und nehmen Sie keine Änderungen
daran vor.
Nicht selbst reparieren oder Teile austauschen
Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät zu reparieren
oder darin enthaltene Teile zu ersetzen (außer
in Fällen, für die in dieser Anleitung genaue
Anweisungen gegeben sind). Wenden Sie sich
bei allen Reparaturen an Ihren Fachhändler, ein
Roland Service Center in Ihrer Nähe oder an
einen der autorisierten Roland-Vertriebspartner,
die auf der Seite „Informationen“ aufgeführt
sind.
Das Gerät nicht unter den folgenden
Umgebungsbedingungen verwenden oder lagern
• Extreme Temperaturen (z. B. direktes
Sonnenlicht in einem geschlossenen Fahrzeug,
in der Nähe einer Heizungsleitung, auf
Wärmequellen)
• Feuchtigkeit (z. B. Bäder, Waschräume, nasse
Fußböden)
• Dampf oder Rauch
• Hoher Salzgehalt in der Luft
• Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit
• Regen
• Staub oder Sand
• Starke Vibrationen oder Erschütterungen
WARNUNG
Nicht auf eine instabile Fläche stellen
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät immer
waagerecht und stabil steht. Platzieren Sie es
nicht auf wackeligen Ständern oder auf schiefen
Standächen.
Ausschließlich den passenden Netzadapter und die
richtige Spannung verwenden
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich den angegebenen
Netzadapter (S. 10), und achten Sie darauf, dass die
Netzspannung der Installation mit der auf dem
Netzadapter angegebenen Betriebsspannung
übereinstimmt. Andere Netzadapter haben
möglicherweise eine andere Polarität oder
sind auf eine andere Spannung ausgelegt. Ihre
Verwendung kann deshalb eine Beschädigung,
Fehlfunktion oder einen elektrischen Schlag zur
Folge haben.
Ausschließlich das mitgelieferte Netzkabel
verwenden
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das
angeschlossene Netzkabel. Außerdem darf das
mitgelieferte Netzkabel nicht für ein anderes
Gerät eingesetzt werden.

WARNUNG
Das Netzkabel nicht knicken oder schwere
Gegenstände darauf stellen
Verdrehen oder biegen Sie das Netzkabel
nicht zu stark, und stellen Sie keine schweren
Gegenstände auf das Kabel. Dadurch kann
das Kabel beschädigt werden, was zu
Unterbrechungen und Kurzschlüssen führen
kann. Schadhafte Kabel können Brände und
elektrische Schläge verursachen!
Längeren Gebrauch mit hoher Lautstärke
vermeiden
Dieses Gerät kann einzeln oder in Kombination
mit einem Verstärker und Kopfhörern oder
Lautsprechern Schallpegel erzeugen, die zu
dauerhaftem Gehörverlust führen können.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht über längere Zeit
mit hoher oder unangenehmer Lautstärke.
Sobald Sie eine Beeinträchtigung Ihres Gehörs
oder ein Klingeln in den Ohren bemerken,
sollten Sie den Betrieb des Geräts sofort
einstellen und sich an einen HNO-Arzt wenden.
Eindringen von Fremdkörpern oder Flüssigkeiten
in das Gerät vermeiden und keine Behälter mit
Flüssigkeiten auf das Gerät stellen
Stellen Sie auf diesem Gerät keine mit
Flüssigkeiten gefüllten Behälter ab. Achten Sie
darauf, dass in das Gerät keine Fremdkörper (z. B.
brennbare Objekte, Münzen oder Drähte) oder
Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Wasser oder Saft) eindringen.
Dies kann zu Kurzschlüssen, Fehlfunktion oder
sonstigen Störungen führen.
Das Gerät bei unnormalem Verhalten oder
Fehlfunktion ausschalten
Schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus, ziehen Sie den
Netzadapter aus der Steckdose, und wenden
Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler, ein RolandService-Center in Ihrer Nähe oder an einen der
autorisierten Roland-Vertriebspartner, die auf
der Seite „Informationen“ aufgeführt sind, wenn
einer der folgenden Fälle eintritt:
• Der Netzadapter, das Netzkabel oder der
Stecker wurde beschädigt.
• Rauch oder ein ungewöhnlicher Geruch tritt
auf.
• Gegenstände oder Flüssigkeiten sind in das
Gerät gelangt.
• Das Gerät war Regen (oder sonstiger
Feuchtigkeit) ausgesetzt.
• Das Gerät scheint nicht normal zu
funktionieren oder weist eine deutliche
Änderung der Leistungsfähigkeit auf.
WARNUNG
Kinder müssen durch Erwachsene beaufsichtigt
werden
Wenn das Gerät in der Gegenwart von Kindern
verwendet wird, achten Sie darauf, dass das
Gerät nicht unsachgemäß bedient wird. Es
sollten immer beaufsichtigende Erwachsene
anwesend sein.
Nicht fallen lassen oder starken Stößen aussetzen
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor starken Stößen.

Nicht zusammen mit einer zu großen Anzahl von
Geräten an einer einzigen Netzsteckdose betreiben
Betreiben Sie den Netzadapter nicht zusammen
mit einer zu großen Anzahl von Geräten
an einer einzigen Netzsteckdose. Seien
Sie besonders vorsichtig beim Einsatz von
Verlängerungskabeln – die Gesamtleistung aller
an der Verlängerung betriebenen Geräte darf
die für das Verlängerungskabel angegebene
zulässige Leistung (Watt-/Ampère-Zahl) nicht
überschreiten. Übermäßige Last kann dazu
führen, dass sich die Isolierung erhitzt und ggf.
schmilzt.
Nutzung des Gerätes im Ausland
Bevor Sie das Gerät in einem anderen Land
betreiben, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler,
ein Roland-Service-Center in Ihrer Nähe oder an
einen der autorisierten Roland-Vertriebspartner
(siehe Seite „Informationen“).
Batterien sorgfältig behandeln
• Batterien dürfen niemals neu aufgeladen,
erhitzt, in ihre Einzelteile zerlegt oder ins Feuer
oder Wasser geworfen werden.
• Batterien dürfen niemals übermäßiger Hitze
wie Sonnenlicht, Feuer oder Ähnlichem
ausgesetzt werden.
• Eine unsachgemäße Handhabung von
Batterien kann zu Auslaufen, Überhitzung,
Feuer und Explosionen führen.
Lesen Sie vor der Verwendung von
Batterien alle den Batterien beigefügten
Sicherheitshinweise, und beachten Sie diese
genau.
