Introduction
The S1 is the result of over 30 years experience in stage
sound technology.
The design brief was simple- build the best vocal mic
in the world! How do you achieve that? Well, you need
to have a sound quality that is equal to the fi nest studio
microphones, and certainly
to make this happen!
The studio quality is a great start, but for live use the
microphone must not suffer from feedback, handling or
plosive noise. It must also have a tailored response that
takes into consideration the proximity effect. What else?
It must be able to take the knocks and bumps of the
road! The S1 does it all, and in my opinion, is the best
looking vocal mic around.
While using the S1 is quite simple, and there are not
many things you need to learn, please take a moment
to read through this user manual, and then visit
www.rodemic.com and register your microphone for a
full ten year warranty.
