1. Unpack the cabinet. Check the box thoroughly
for all hardware and loose parts as follows:
1. Cabinet 2. Hardware Bag 3. Shelving
4. Mounting Bar
(Do not throw any parts away until install is complete.)
2. Remove the doors from the cabinet. (See gure E,
Hinge Screw 3) and store the doors in the cabinet
box. Be sure edges of doors are protected.
3. A square and plumb installation insures proper door
operation. A square and level are necessary for
proper installation.
4. Improper installation voids the warranty. Installed
cabinets cannot be returned.
5. If you experience any problems with your cabinet
contact your dealer or Robern directly.

Limited Warranty One Year Term
ROBERN warrants to the original purchaser that, it will, at its election repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment to products
made by this company shown to have signicant defects in material or workmanship which are reported to ROBERN in writing
within one (1) year from the date of delivery. ROBERN is not
responsible for installation costs.
The warranty is void in the event the product is damaged in transit,
or if damage or failure is caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal
usage, faulty installation, damage in an accident, improper maintenance, or any repairs other than those authorized by ROBERN.
At the expiration of the one year warranty period, ROBERN shall
be under no further obligation under any warranty, expressed or
implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability.

Dimensions of Cabinets
1. PLM is a modular system allowing you to install cabinets
in multiples. Each cabinet is supplied with
interconnecting hardware used to gange the surface.
Two types of MTL light xtures, an incandescent or
uorescent source, are an option which can be added to
the top of the cabinets, lights add 3” to the height of
the cabinet.
Overall size is determined by the overall dimensions
of the assembled units. Rough openings for recessed
installations are shown at the right.
Different width cabinets (and lights) can be combined as
shown on the right.

Assembly of PLM Cabinets
1. Each cabinet contains two MP65 connectors
to allow combinations of cabinets, both surface
mounted using the PLSK side kit as well
as recessed into the wall. A plan view noting
these connector combinations are shown in
the example below in gure A.

2. If you are using MTL- T/F top light xtures refer now to the
instructions provided with the xture. The light xture is
attached to each cabinet before the cabinets are ganged
together and/or installed in or on the wall.
Refer to the side view shown in gure B. The side plates on
the light xture are attached to the cabinet using screws
holding the cabinet frame together. Refer to the instructions
supplied with the light for complete detail.

3 If you are using MTL- T/F side light xtures refer now to
the instructions provided with the xture. These light
xtures are supplied with special connectors to allow
installation between or at the ends of the cabinet array
as seen in gure B.
4. With the doors off, combine the boxes with
the MP65 connectors to assemble per your
layout. Use the #10 x 1/2” thread cut screws.
Assemble on a convenient at surface, not
on or in wall.
Do not attach doors or side kits until boxes
are secured in wall.
Note location of holes in the cabinets which
are used to secure connectors and side kits
as seen in gure E on page 3.
