Before You Install
Before first use, fully charge the VRBT330W to prolong the battery’s life. When the VRBT330W is charging, the battery charging indicator inside of the unit will be Red. When fully charged, the charging indicator will turn OFF.

FUNCTIONS
The features and functions of the VRBT330W are only available if the Bluetooth enabled cell phone has these features and functions. The VRBT330W will not give your Bluetooth enabled cell phone any fea­tures or functions that it does not already have.

Charging the VRBT330W
Never connect the 12V adaptor to the VRBT when it is installed on a steering wheel. Nev­er attempt to drive the vehicle when the 12V adaptor is connected to the VRBT330W.
Fully charging the battery before first use will prolong the battery’s life. When charging the VRBT330W the charging indicator will be Red and when fully charged it will turn OFF.
Installing the VRBT330W
1. Choose one of the supplied silicon plastic spacers and insert it into the VRBT330W.
2. Hold VRBT330W and expand opening between the bracket and the unit until it opens wide enough for the steering wheel to fit. Make sure the unit clings tight on the steering wheel and can not be moved easily. If the VRBT330W does not hold fast to the steering wheel you may need to change the silicon spacer. Do not operate the vehicle if the VRBT330W is loose on the steering wheel.
This device, as well as all other wireless devices, may be subject to interfer­ence. Interference may be caused by cell phones, Bluetooth headsets, Wi-Fi routers, power lines and other various electrical equipment, etc.

Turning your VRBT330W ON & OFF
ON
1. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, and the model number of the paired Bluetooth enabled cell phone will be displayed on the screen.
2. “VRBT330W” will be displayed on the screen if there is no connection with a Bluetooth phone in advance, it will automatically re-connect with the device and display the name of the connected cell phone.
OFF

Pairing
Pairing the VRBT330W for First Time
1. In power OFF mode, press and hold the button until you hear a beep, when the unit enters pairing mode you will hear 2 beeps and the screen will display “Pairing” If a Bluetooth® enabled phone is not detected in 5 seconds, then the unit will automatically power OFF.
2. Follow your Bluetooth® enabled cell phone’s instructions for searching for Blue­tooth devices.
3. After a successful search the Bluetooth® devices will be shown on your mobile phone, choose “VRBT330W” and confirm;
4. Your mobile phone will request for a password, please enter “0000”
5. The screen will display the name of the mobile phone to indicate the pairing is successful.
Pairing in Power ON Mode

To Dial with Voice Commands
NOTE: To dial with Voice Commands your phone must support Voice Dialing and it must be activated and voice tags must be recorded. For Cell Phone specific ques­tions see the cell phone’s instruction manual.

Microphone Mute
1. To mute the microphone so the person on the other end of the phone call can’t hear you, press the

2. To unmute the microphone press the button again.
Volume
Press the V+ and V- buttons to adjust the volume.
Call Transfer
To transfer a phone call from the VRBT330W to the cell phone.
1. While on a phone call using the VRBT330W press the A/T button to transfer a call from the VRBT330W to your paired cell phone
Phone Book
The VRBT330W will access the last 10 missed, received,and dialed numbers from you Bluetooth enabled cell phone but those numbers are not stored. Your Blue­tooth Enabled Cell Phone’s contact list is not downloaded from the phone to the VRBT330W. To access the phone book you must first synchronize it.
Phone Book Synchronization
1. In Standy-by mode, press the
button to enter the Phone Book Menu. Phone
Book will be displayed on the screen.
2. While the word Phone Book is on the screen, press the V+ button to cycle through the menu choices as follows;
Phone Book > Syn PB > Missed Num > Received Num > Dialed Num > LCD
Control > Erase PB.
3. Choose “Syn PB” by pressing the button and “Erase All” will be displayed on the screen. After the Phone Book has been synchronized “Finish” will be dis­played on the screen.

3. Press the button to choose “Erase PB” when it is displayed on the screen.
4. Press the button to delete the Phone Book Information. Press the to Con­firm deletion.

Q. How do you pair a cell phone to the VRBT330W?
A. In power OFF mode, press and hold the button for at least 6 seconds, when
the unit enters pairing mode the screen will display “pairing” If a Bluetooth® en­abled phone is not detected in 5 seconds, then the unit will automatically power OFF.
Q. How many phones can I pair to the VRBT330W?
A. You may pair up to 8 phones at a time. However, you may only use one phone at
a time
Q. The volume is too low, can I make it louder?
A. First increase the volume of the cell phone paired to the VRBT330W while
you are on a call. If you still need more volume increase the volume of the VRBT330W.
Q. Can I charge the VRBT330W in my home?
A. Yes you can charge the VRBT330W in your home using a USB cable and your
computer’s USB port.
Q. How long does it take to charge the VRBT330W? Talk Time? Standby Time?
a. It takes less than 3 hours to charge. It has more than 5 hours continous talk time.
The standby time is more than 250 hours.
