Easy One-click Printing
Ricoh’s unique printer language RPCS™
stands for fast, easy and efficient printing.
With its icon-based interface, any print job –
no matter how complex – is only one click
away. Most common print jobs are pre-defined
under specific icons and you can save your
own print settings under a personal icon for
future one-click use. As a result, entering
print commands takes only seconds so you
can exploit the full capabilities of your printer.
In addition, using RPCS™ can considerably
increase productivity.
Fax Directly from PC
Using the Aficio™2015/2018/2018D as a fax
system offers you a wealth of benefits. Via the
LAN fax function, you can send fax messages
directly from your own (networked) PC. This
reduces the number of steps, saves time and
ensures better output quality at the receiving end.
Cost-saving Internet Faxing
Using the Internet for long distance faxing has
major advantages. By sending fax messages to
PCs in e-mail format, you reduce costs while
enhancing your communication capabilities.
Efficient Document Distribution
To further optimise the document flow, you
can digitise documents and send them over
the network via ScanRouter™ V2 Lite or directly
to the recipient’s PC via ‘scan to
e-mail’. Via this function, scanned files can
be sent to any e-mail address in the world.
All data is sent over the Internet. For optimal convenience, frequently used addresses can be
stored manually or automatically in the systems’
memory.

either from the operation panel or using SmartDeviceMonitor™/ Web Image Monitor. You can add new contacts, organise the address data or export the entire
address book.
Environmental Friendliness
Thanks to Ricoh’s QSU (quick start up) technology, the
systems boast an extremely short warm-up time and recovery time.
To save on paper and costs while safeguarding the environment, you
can use the Aficio™2018D for duplex printing and copying. It also
combines 2 or even 4 pages on a sheet to further reduce paper usage.
Improved Productivity
With a first copy speed of 6.5 seconds and short
warm-up time of only 15 seconds, waiting by the
machine is history. Continuous speeds at 15/18 cpm
are achieved, also when duplexing.
