DETAILS OF MODIFICATION
The level of Signal TXD (Editor → Copier) was not enough for being det ect ed by the copier.
So, some editor boards did not work at all. To solve this problem, we added an intermed iate board [* 5] and
an intermediate harness [* 4]. This board has 1 K OHM resistor on it and this resistor is connect ed between
pin no.3 (TXD) and pin no. 5 (24V). So, the level of TXD is increased, to a sufficien t leve l.

The editor board sometimes suf fe rs temp eratures of 79°C (174°F) or hig he r during transportation .
At such temperature s, the original pressure pad de fo rms. To prevent this, the material of the origin al pre ssure pad
has been changed from polypro pyle ne to po lycarb on at e. The new pad does not deform at te mperatures under 130°C
(266°F).
