EXCELLENT QUALITY THAT’S EASY TO USE
The InfoPrint Color 1854 is optimized to be flexible, convenient and highly reliable. Reduce training with the highly intuitive operator panel that provides “show me” and “tell me more” screens to guide users through job set-up. A context-sensitive help screen can answer operator questions quickly. Icons make it easier for users to recognize functions, and scroll bars simplify navigation. The easy-to-see “stop” button allows you to stop print jobs in progress when it’s necessary.
MANAGE COLOR EFFECTIVELY TO KEEP IT AFFORDABLE
It’s important to have access to color when you need it, and the InfoPrint Color 1854 provides superb color quality with Color Care technology control. You can assign color print
permissions and install mono-only drivers and black-and-white lock mode to restrict access. Further, you can save money by using toner saver settings, the color saver feature and proof-then-print capability to reduce waste.
QUALITY IN-HOUSE COLOR MARKETING
Print color documents in-house, quickly and affordably. Easily update materials on-demand, such as flyers and brochures. Make changes at a moment’s notice to be on top of a changing industry. No more need to hire another company to fulfill your color printing needs.
ENHANCE SECURITY AT EVERY LEVEL
Raise your confidence level when you handle confidential and sensitive documents. Integrated security features can address most job phases—from access control to transmission to storage. You can tighten access control with increased PIN values (0 - 9), the ability to lock out and delete incorrect PINs and expiration time for confidentially held jobs. During
transmission, jobs are protected with multiple types of encryption. A document accounting solution can streamline administration.
SATISFY EXPANDING NEEDS
The InfoPrint Color 1854 printer offers an amazing input capacity of up to 4,300 sheets. This printer also features a 100-sheet multipurpose feeder and a standard 550-sheet input tray.5 To minimize interruptions, simply add one of our 2,000-sheet drawers.
SUSTAINABILITY IS IMPORTANT
The InfoPrint Color 1854 was developed with your environment in mind. The lowcost duplex model can help cut your paper usage up to half when jobs default to twosided printing. The rapid warm-up fuser and low engine idle time reduce heat and energy consumption. And with less heat, the use of the cooling fan is minimized. Last, but not least, the quiet mode reduces noise pollution in your office.
REDUCE, RETURN, AND RECYCLE
InfoPrint Solutions Company™ recognizes that environmental conservation is part of our calling as a global citizen. Reducing waste is crucial to minimizing our impact
on our environment. Offering high-yield and extra-high-yield toner cartridges will extend cartridge life span and decrease overall cartridges manufactured with less tonnage in the landfill.
InfoPrint is committed to preserving natural resources through the proper handling of used printer supplies. Once a supply has reached its end of life, we encourage you to partner with us by participating in our product return programs. We are also determined to recycle supplies that cannot be reused. If a returned supply can’t be reconditioned because it does not meet our high standards for quality and performance, it is then broken down into raw materials. More than 90% of this resultant material is recycled into new products.
ENGAGE THE PRINTING EXPERTS
With InfoPrint Solutions Company, you can receive support when you need it from experts with comprehensive knowledge of printers, software and supplies. Same-day and next-day service offerings are available for InfoPrint Solutions Company printers in the U.S.
