MAKE A TIMELY CHANGE
With features generally found in higher priced
printers, the InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 are per-
fect choices to replace older printers or expen-
sive inkjet printers, helping you improve speed,
enhance quality and save money.
PLEASE USERS WITH AN EASY-TO-USE,
INTUITIVE OPERATOR INTERFACE
The InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 offer the
flexibility to change most printer settings from
your software application, the printer driver
or the printer’s operator interface. The
printer’s operator interface has a two-line by
16-character liquid crystal display (LCD), six
buttons and one indicator light. Use the
buttons to open a menu, scroll through a
list of values, change printer settings and respond to printer messages. The LCD operator panel presents more than 50 easy-to-understand messages such as “close door,” “toner low,” or “load manual feeder.” From the operator interface, you can select menu items and associated values to help print your jobs successfully. Select the print media using the Paper Menu. Use the Finishing Menu to define how the printer delivers output—collated, with borders, or multi-page images on one page.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
The InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 are shipped with a setup instruction sheet to facilitate easy installation. The two-piece imaging system (toner and photoconductor) can help keep your supplies cost low. You pay only for the piece you need when you need it.
ENVIRONMENTAL FEATURES
You can save paper with standard duplex printing. The InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 are made with paint-free covers so they can be recycled. With higher ship with and aftermarket toner levels, plus a cartridge return program, fewer cartridges are used and less packaging goes to landfills. The new “Eco-mode” option is designed to reduce power consumption. The rapid warm-up fuser saves energy and reduces cost.
SMALL FOOTPRINT, BIG CAPABILITIES
A low-cost printer with enclosed paper drawers and a small footprint, the InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 are highperformance printers that are ideal for individuals or small workgroups, especially those with limited space. These monochrome laser printers print up to 40 pages per minute (ppm)
1
and offer a variety of resolution settings. Additionally, their 400 MHz processor enables fast processing of complex jobs and a first-page-out time as fast as 6.5 seconds
1
for quick turn-
around and increased productivity.
EXPAND THE RANGE OF PAPER SIZES AND TYPES
The most commonly used media can be loaded into the standard automatic 250-sheet paper feeder. The second paper source, a 50-sheet multi-purpose feeder conveniently located at the front of the printer, can be used for special paper, transparencies, envelopes, paper labels, card stock or index stock.
5
You can add one
optional 250 sheet drawer or one optional 550-sheet drawer to increase paper options, reduce intervention and improve user productivity with an input capacity up to 850 sheets. The 250- and 550-sheet drawers can be adjusted to accommodate legal or folio size paper.
The easy-to-access output bin on top of the printer holds up to 150 sheets. The singlesheet rear exit provides a straight-through paper path to help reduce curling and potential jams—an especially important feature for specialty media.
SAVE MONEY AND IMPROVE EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY
Now is the time to take stock of your print environment. You may have a patchwork of aging, under-managed printers, further complicated by a confusing mix of makes and models. The InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 are just what you need to replace older inkjet and laser devices with new laser printers.
Help increase employee productivity in your small business or small and medium size workgroups by providing your users with speed, quality and reliability sustained by the 400 MHz processor. The InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 are designed to produce crisp text and high-quality graphics up to 1200 x 1200 dpi to meet your users’ demanding monochrome printing needs.
3
SUSTAINABILITY IS IMPORTANT
The InfoPrint 1811 and 1812 were developed with your environment in mind. The low-cost duplex model can help cut your paper usage up to half when jobs default to two-sided printing. The printer’s small size and low weight help reduce shipping and packaging. The rapid warm-up fuser and low engine idle time reduce heat and energy consumption. And with less heat, the use of the cooling fan is minimized. Last, but not least, the quiet mode reduces noise pollution in your office.
REDUCE, RETURN, AND RECYCLE
InfoPrint Solutions Company™ recognizes that environmental conservation is part of our calling as a global citizen. Reducing waste is crucial to minimizing our impact on our environment. Offering high-yield toner cartridges will extend cartridge life span and decrease overall cartridges manufactured with less tonnage in the landfill.
InfoPrint is committed to preserving natural resources through the proper handling of used printer supplies. Once a supply has reached its end of life, we encourage you to partner with us by participating in our product return programs. We are also determined to recycle supplies that cannot be reused. If a returned supply can’t be reconditioned because it does not meet our high standards for quality and performance, it is then broken down into raw materials. More than 90% of this resultant material is recycled into new products.
