Shape and Detail the Body

1. Shaped Wood Block

1. Sand the body

using coarse grit
sandpaper  rst.
Followed with
medium grit paper
and  ne grits.
Optional: For the
best results apply a
quality wood sealer
before painting.

2. Remove all dust.
Apply a thin coat
of paint. When dry
scu lightly with
 ne sandpaper.
Repeat as needed.
Do not scu the
 nal coat.

WARNING:

CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts.

Not for children under 3 years of age.

1. Place a wheel
on all four axles.
Press them into the
axle slots.

2. Slide a wheel
adjustment tool
between the wheel
and body. Move
the wheel until the
tool  ts snugly.

3. Apply either dry
transfer or peel and
stick decals.

4. Apply an even
layer of clear coat
with a foam brush.
Apply more layers
as needed.

3. Put the car
on a smooth,  at
surface. Put the
camber check
section of a wheel
adjustment tool
against each
wheel. Adjust
each axle until the
wheel is parallel to
the tool.

4. Apply graphite
powder between
the axle head and
wheel. “Work in”
the powder by
shaking the car
and slowly turning
the wheel.

5. Apply graphite
powder between
the body and
wheels.

1. Weigh the car
with all the parts
installed except
for the weights.
Temporarily stack
as many weights
as needed onto
the kit to bring it
to the maximum
5oz (141grams)
limit. Use a pair
of pliers to break
o individual
sections of weight
if needed. Some
kits may need
additional weights.

2. Attach weight8
to the car.
