AXLE ALIGNMENT TOOL

The Axle Alignment Tool helps you mount your vehicle’s axles more
accurately, which results in a faster car.

The Axle Alignment Tool will straighten existing holes or help you
drill new holes in your Pinewood Derby® wood block.

1. Place the wood block into the
Axle Alignment Tool as shown.
If the block fits loosely in the
tool, slide the block against
the side of the tool with the
drill hole.

2. Hold the Axle Alignment Tool
and wood block securely in
place. Using a drill and the
included drill bit, slowly drill
a hole in the block approximately
¾” (20 mm) deep. Repeat
on the other side of the block.
