Introducing: The Remington® iLIGHT® Elite Face & Body Hair Removal System
*Ind ividual res ults vary. I n clinical tes ting, on average, par ticipant s had 66% fewer h airs 12 months after ju st three tre atments, s imilar to resu lts observed from professional hair removal devices.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new iLIGHT® Elite Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Hair Removal System. With the iLIGHT® IPL technology, results are similar to professional treatments, all in a convenient, easy-to-use device. Users typically experience an average of 66% hair reduction after just three treatments.*
The iLIGHT
®
device uses IPL technology
to target the hair follicle, specically the
hair root. The root is the active part of hair and is responsible for hair growth. Lightbased technology emits light energy that penetrates deep into the skin to reach the hair root. The heat disables the active hair follicles and breaks the hair growth cycle. This helps prevent future hair regrowth. Treated hair typically falls out within 7-10 days.

Who Should Use The Device (Indications)
SKIN TONE CHART
Compare your skin tone with the chart below to determine if this device is appropriate for you. Only use on light to medium skin tones.
HAIR COLOR
The light energy targets dark coloring in hair, and therefore works best on DARK HAIR (black, dark brown, brown or dark
blond). The device is not as eective for
lighter hair colors such as light blond or red. DO NOT use on LIGHT HAIR (gray or white hair), as it will not work on LIGHT HAIR.
DO NOT USE if your skin is sensitive to light. In order to determine if you can use the device, perform a test on a small patch of skin and wait 24 hours to determine if there are any adverse reactions before using more broadly. See page 22 for testing your skin.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: READ BEFORE USE!
This device is not intended for everyone. Please read and consider the information in the following section prior to use.

Skin Tone Tester to test each dierent area
of skin you want to treat. Some areas are darker than others.
Who Should Not Use The Device (Contraindications)

DO NOT USE the device anywhere on the eyes, eyebrows or eyelashes. Doing so can cause serious and permanent eye injury.
DO NOT USE
the device anywhere on the
MALE FACE, HEAD OR NECK.
