Introduction

Your Jura loudspeakers have been designed to be
effective, easy to use, and above all to reproduce
music.
The jura’s drive unit is designed and manufactured
by Rega to work specifically with a tweeter
produced to our own specifications. This careful
design allows us to use a simple cross-over, with
the minimum of filter networks which compensate
for drive unit problems.
The overall sound we have developed with these
new drive units gives a natural bass extension,
without compromising any of the midrange and
treble which Rega has become renown for.

Sitting of the Juras

The Jura loudspeakers use a rear facing port,
allowing you to ‘tune’ the sound to your room and
your personal taste.
The closer to the wall the jura is placed, the more
noticeable the bass response will be. However,
care should be taken to avoid “boominess”, which
results from bass resonance caused by the
speaker being placed to close to the wall.
On installation you should experiment with the
different positionings to find the optimum placing.
The Jura loudspeakers may be used with or
without grilles.
