Your watch was originally shipped in Power Down Mode to conserve battery life. PRESS & HOLD ANY
KEY for 5 seconds to activate the watch. You will then automatically enter the settings screen so that
you can begin setting the watch. Refer to the SETTINGS section of this manual for details.

Press the START/STOP button in the STEP screen to activate the
pedometer functions (STEPS, DISTANCE, AVG. PACE, ACTIVITY TIMER &
CALORIES) and begin recording. The running icon will appear at the
bottom of the screen to indicate recording.

counting. The step counter will begin counting after 10 consecutive steps
to eliminate false readings.
