Brief Instruction Manual RS 2000 Money Scale
Auto-Add / Auto-Continue
The functions Auto-Add and Auto-Continue, activated from factory, allow an automatic run of
the counting process, starting with the lowest denomination of the selected currency (also in
descending order) and adding each counting result to a total sum.
Count coins
1. Fill coin cup with the respective coins.
2. Place cup on Money Scale.
Tip: Your cash-drawer cups will enable a faster counting process!
PACKAGES: Coin rolls, coins in bags or banknote bundles
Using this function you may count (customized) coin rolls and banknote bundles. In the SETUP Menu, you can choose
the option “PACKAGES”. Press < or > to activate „ON“ or deactivate „OFF“ this function and then confirm selection with
OK. If this function is activated, the standard weight of EUR and CHF coin rolls, as well as GBP plastic bags , will be
used. Select CONFIGURE to introduce any desired weight.

Count banknotes
Start adding banknotes by putting ca. 15 banknotes per step (do not remove the banknotes that have already been
placed on the scale!). The dynamic weighing funtion of the RS 2000 allows the user to place up to 25 banknotes at
once, since it recognizes the respective weight after a short period of time.
Error code:
OVERLOAD TOO MUCH WEIGHT: Remove the complete weight from the scale and restart the counting process using
a smaller amount.
REMOVE 10 PIECES / REMOVE SOME: Remove some of the last banknotes placed and continue the weighing process.
REMOVE ALL: Remove all banknotes and count them again step by step.

Auto-Add / Auto-Continue
Die voreingestellten Funktionen Auto-Add- und Auto-Continue ermöglichen einen automatischen Zähldurchlauf beginnend mit der kleinsten Sorte der ausgewählten Währung (auch
absteigend) sowie das automatische Addieren der Einzelergebnisse zu einer Gesamtsumme.
Münzen zählen
1. Münzen in den Münzbecher füllen.
2. Münzbecher auf den Wiegeteller stellen.
Tipp: Noch schneller zählen Sie Ihre Münzen direkt mit Ihren
Kassencups!
GELDPAKET: Münzrollen-/Bündelfunktion
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie (individuell erstellte) Münzrollen und Banknotenbündel zählen. Im SETUP-Menü
können Sie die Funktion „GELDPAKET“ auswählen. Wählen Sie mit den Pfeiltasten „AN“ zur Aktivierung bzw. „AUS“
zur Deaktivierung der „GELDPAKET“-Funktion aus und bestätigen Sie mit OK. Ist diese Funktion eingeschaltet, sind
automatisch die Standardgewichte der Währungen EUR, CHF und GBP für Münzrollen bzw. Münzpakete hinterlegt.
Um ein individuelles Gewicht für Münz- oder Banknotenpakete zu hinterlegen wählen Sie BEARBEITEN.

Banknoten zählen
ca. 15 + ca. 15 + ca. 15 = 45
Pro Schritt ca. 15 Banknoten stoßweise auflegen (die bereits aufgelegten Scheine nicht vom Gerät entfernen!). Durch
die dynamische Wiegefunktion der RS 2000 können nach kurzer Lernphase, problemlos größere Stoßmengen von bis
zu 25 Scheinen auf einmal aufgelegt werden.
Fehlermeldung:
ZU VIEL GEWICHT AUFGELEGT: Entfernen Sie das zuletzt aufgelegte Gewicht von der Geldwaage und starten Sie den
Wiegevorgang erneut, mit einer geringeren Menge unter 1 kg.
ENTFERNE 10 SCHEINE / ENTFERNE EIN PAAR BANKNOTEN: Entnehmen Sie einen Teil der zuletzt aufgelegten Banknoten und führen Sie den Zählvorgang wie gewohnt fort.
ENTFERNE ALLE BANKNOTEN: Entnehmen Sie alle aufgelegten Banknoten und legen Sie diese, wie oben beschrieben,
in kleinen Stößen auf.

Auto-Add / Auto-Continue
Le funzioni predisposte Auto-Add e Auto-Continue rendono possibile un conteggio automatico cominciando dal tipo di moneta più piccolo della valuta scelta come anche l’addizione
automatica dei singoli risultati ad un totale (anche in ordine discendente).
Contare le monete
1. Mettere le monete nel contenitore
2. Posare il contenitore con le monete sul piatto della bilancia
Consiglio:
Le monete si contano ancora più velocemente con le vaschette cassa!
PACCHETTI: Rotoli di monete, sacchetti di monete o mazzette di banconote
Questa funzione permette di contare rotoli/sacchetti di monete e maz zette di banconote (individualmente formati).
Nel SETUP ha la possibilità di selezionare la funzione „PACCHETTI“. Prema < o > per attivare (ON) o disattivare (OFF)
questa funzione e confermi premendo il tasto + OK. Se questa funzione è attivata, il peso standard dei rotoli/sacchetti
di monete per le valute EUR, CHF e GBP è già impostato nel SETUP. Selezionare CONFIGURA per introdurre nuovi pesi.

Contare le banconote
Le banconote vanno contate a gruppi di circa 15 pezzi alla volta: posizionare sul piatto della bilancia il 1° gruppo (il
display si aggiorna), senza toglierle, aggiungere il 2° gruppo, poi il 3° e così via. La bilancia RS 2000 ha un software
dinamico che le consente di imparare e scartare le variazioni di peso delle banconote contando a gruppetti. La macchina impara e accetterà gruppi di banconote fino a 25 pezzi alla volta.
Messaggio d‘errore:
STRACOLMO TROPPO PESO: Rimuovere tutte le banconote e poi collocarle, come descritto sopra, non tutte alla volta
ma poco a poco in piccole pile.
RIMUOVI 10 PEZZI / RIMUOVI ALCUNE: Rimuovere una parte dell’ultimo gruppo di banconote messo sulla bilancia,
appena si aggiorna, continuare il conteggio con altri gruppi di banconote.
TOGLIERE TUTTO: Rimuovere tutte le banconote e poi collocarle, come descritto sopra, non tutte alla volta ma poco a
poco in piccole pile.

Auto-Add / Auto-Continue
Estas funciones, ya activadas de fábrica, le permitirán una marcha automática del proceso
de conteo; iniciando con la moneda de menor valor (también en orden descendente) cada
resultado de recuento, resumiéndolos en un total.
Contar monedas
1. Coloque las monedas en la bandeja para monedas
2. Coloque la bandeja sobre el plato de la balanza
Sugerencia: ¡ Las cazoletas del cajón portamonedas le permitirán
realizar un recuento más rápido!
PAQUETES: Contar monedas en rodillos/ bolsas de plástico y billetes en fajos
Con esta función es posible contar rodillos de monedas y fajos de billetes personalizados. Elija la función “Paquetes”
en el menú de usuario. Pulse < o > para activar o desactivar la fun ción PAQUETES “ACTIVADO” / “OFF” y confirme con
OK. Si la función está activada, se considerará el peso de los rodillos de monedas estándares (EUR, CHF) y de las
bolsas de plástico GBP. Para introducir un peso diferente, elija la opción CONFIGURAR.

Contar billetes
Inicie colocando los billetes en fajos de aprox. 15 unidades (¡ no quite los billetes que ya han sido colocados! ).
La función de peso dinámico le permite al usuario colocar hasta 25 billetes al mismo tiempo, ya que la RS 2000
reconoce rápidamente el peso respectivo.
Corrección de errores:
EXCESO DE PESO: Retire todo el peso de la balanza y vuelva a iniciar el proceso de pesaje con una cantidad más
pequeña.
RETIRAR 10 BILLETES / RETIRAR ALGUNOS BILLETES: Retire algunos de los billetes colocados en último lugar y continúe
con el proceso de recuento.
RETIRE TODOS: Retire todos los billetes y vuelva a contar los billetes de esa denominación, colocándolos paso a paso.

Auto-Add / Auto-Continue
Les fonctions Auto-Add et Auto-Continue préréglés permettent un processus de comptage
automatique en commerçant par la dénomination la plus bas de la devise choisi (en option:
descendant), ainsi que l’addition automatique des résultats individuels à un montant total.
Compter les pièces
1. Remplissez le coupelle de pesage avec les pièces indiquées à
l’affichage.
2. Placez le coupelle sur la balance.
Conseil: Pour effectuer une liquidation de caisse plus rapide,
utilisez des gobelets spécifiques.
LOT: Pièces en rouleaux ou en sacs / Liasses de billets
En utilisant cette fonction, vous pouvez compter des rouleaux de pièces et liasses de billets individuelles. Dans le
menu SETUP, vous pouvez choisir la fonction « PAQUETS ». Sélectionnez ON pour l´activer, et OFF pour la désactiver et
validez avec OK. Si cette fonction est activée, la valeur suivante est déjà enregistrée: rouleaux de pièces EUR, CHF et
sacs en plastic GBP. Choisissez EDITER pour changer la valeur selon vos besoins.

Compter les billets
Placez, environ 15 billetsà la fais. La fonction de pesage dynamique de la RS 2000 vous permets de compter liasses
de jusqu´à 25 billets à la fois.

Élimination des erreurs:
TROP DE POIDS: Enlevez quelques billets de banque placés en dernier et continuez le processus de comptage.
ENLEVEZ 10 BILLETES / ENLEVEZ QUELQUES BILLETES: Enlevez quelques billets placés en dernier et continuez le
processus de comptage.
ENLEVEZ TOUS: Enlevez tous les billets et placez-les, au fur et à mesure.

räkna från den lägsta valören i den valda valutan samt automatiskt summera resultaten till
en totalsumma.
Räkna mynt
1. Häll mynten i myntbehållaren.
2. Ställ myntbehållaren på vågen.
Tips: Det går snabbare att räkna mynten direkt med kassaskålarna.
PACKAGES: Myntrulle-/sedelbuntsfunktion
Med den här funktionen kan du räkna (individuellt skapade) mynt och sedlar buntar. I SETUP-menyn kan du välja
funktionen „PACKAGES“. Välj med piltangenterna „ON“ för aktivering eller „OFF“ för avaktivering av „PACKAGES“funktionen och bekräfta med OK. Om denna funktion är aktiv är stan dardvikterna för valutorna EUR, CHF och GBP automatiskt inställda för myntrullar och myntpaket. Välj CONFIGURE för att lägga in egna vikter för mynt- och sedelpaket.

Räkna sedlar
Du kan placera ca 15 sedlar i taget på vågen (ta inte bort de sedlar du redan har lagt där). Den dynamiska vägningsfunktionen hos RS 2000 kan efter en kort inlärningsperiod utan problem hantera större mängder på upp till 25 sedlar
på en gång.
Felmeddelanden:
