Einleitung
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für die
Münzzählmaschine coinsorter CS 50
entschieden haben. Mit dem Kauf
dieses Qualitätsproduktes haben Sie
Allgemeine Vorsorgemaßnahmen
Rückstände und Schmutz können
Zählfehler verursachen. Sollten
die Münzen mit Rückständen oder
Schmutz vermischt sein, geben Sie
diese zunächst in einen Behälter.
Achtung: Starke Lichteinstrahlung kann zu Falschzählungen oder Fehlermeldungen führen.

Entfernen Sie die Rückstände oder den Schmutz, bevor Sie
die Münzen in die Maschine geben. Ein verschmutzter Sensor kann ebenfalls einen Zählfehler hervorrufen. Das optimale
jährliche Zählvolumen ist auf 200.000 Münzen begrenzt. Stellen Sie die Maschine auf einen ebenen Untergrund.
Die Funktionen
Münzklappe
Die Münzklappe befindet sich innerhalb der Münzzufuhr und ermöglicht einen einwandfreien Transport der Münzen in die Maschine.
Display
Das Display zeigt das Zählergebnis und die Anzahl der Münzen im Batch-Modus an.
Gerät einschalten
Mit dem Schalter an der Rückseite der Maschine wird das Gerät ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet.
START / STOP Taste
Mit der Start/Stop Taste beginnen und stoppen Sie einen Zählvorgang.
Report Taste
Durch Drücken der Report Taste werden die Stückzahlen der einzelnen Münzsorten angezeigt.
Set Taste
Durch Drücken der Set Taste wird die voreingestellte Anzahl für Zählstopps angezeigt.
+ / - Tasten
Durch Drücken der + oder – Tasten erhöht oder verringert man die Anzahl für Zählstopps um 1.
Bat Taste
Schaltet schrittweise die Anzahl für Zählstopps durch.
C Taste
Mit der Clear Taste wird der Zähler für einen neuen Zählvorgang auf Null gesetzt. Gleichzeitig dient
sie zur Beendigung des Batch-Modus.

Münzen zählen
Maschine einschalten, warten bis der Selbsttest beendet ist und 0.00 im Display erscheint.

Münzen in den Münztrichter geben.

START / STOP Taste drücken um den Zählvorgang zu starten.

Um den Zählvorgang zu stoppen, die START / STOP Taste erneut drücken. Die Maschine schaltet

automatisch nach 20 Sekunden ohne Münzen in der Münzzufuhr ab. Der Gesamtbetrag in Euro wird
im Display angezeigt.
Um die Anzahl der einzelnen Münzsorten anzuzeigen, drücken Sie die Report Taste.

Mit der C Taste kommen Sie zurück zum Zählergebnis.

Um mit dem Zählvorgang fortzufahren, geben Sie weitere Münzen in die Münzzufuhr und drücken

die START / STOP Taste.
Die Maschine stoppt automatisch, wenn einer der Münzbehälter voll ist.

Um einen neuen Zählvorgang zu starten, leeren Sie die Münzbehälter und setzen Sie den Zähler mit

der C Taste zurück auf 0.00.
Batch Modus
Durch Drücken der Set Taste wird die voreingestellte Anzahl der einzelnen Münzsorten angezeigt.
Voreingestellt sind:

€ 1 – 80
€ 0,50 – 80
€ 0,20 – 110
Mit den +/- Tasten können Sie die
jeweils voreingestellte Anzahl um 1
erhöhen oder verringern. Mit der Bat
Taste kann die jeweils voreingestellte

Zählvorgang fort, indem Sie die START / STOP Taste betätigen.
Fehlerbehandlung
Sollte sich eine Münze in einem
Münztunnel verklemmt haben und
diesen blockieren, schalten Sie die
Maschine aus. Ziehen Sie den Netz-
stecker und entfernen Sie die restlichen Münzen aus der
Maschine. Entfernen Sie die verklemmte Münze per Hand
oder mit einem anderen adäquaten Gegenstand, indem Sie
von unten in den Münztunnel greifen.
Fehlermeldungen
Folgende Fehlermeldungen können beim Einschalten der Maschine nach dem Selbsttest auf dem
Display erscheinen.
EC – Fehler am Drehteller / keine Drehbewegung
E0 – Fehler in der Münzerkennung
E1 – E8 – Fehler am Sensor in der jeweiligen Schachtnummer von rechts an

The functions
Coin flap
The coin flap is located within the coin feed and enables the faultless infeed of coins into the machine.
Display
The display shows the counting result and the number of coins in batch mode.
Switch on device
Use the switch on the rear of the machine to switch the machine on or off.
START / STOP key
This key is used for starting and stopping the counting process.
Report key
When the Report key is pressed, the respective quantities of the individual coins are displayed.
Set key
When the Set key is pressed, the preset number for counting stops is displayed.
+ / - keys
The number of counting stops can be increased or decreased by using the + or - keys.
Bat key
Progressive throughput of counting stops.
C key
Use the Clear key to reset the counter to zero for a new counting process. At the same time, this
serves to end the batch mode.

Coin counting
Switch on machine and wait until the self-test is complete and 0.00 appears in the display.

Feed the coins into the coin funnel.

Press the START / STOP key to start the counting process.

Press the START / STOP key again to stop the counting process. The machine automatically switches

itself off after 20 seconds without coin infeed. The sum total in Euro is shown in the display.
In order to view the number of individual coin types, press the Report key.

Use the C key to return to the counting result.

In order to continue with the counting process, feed in more coins and press the START / STOP key.

The machine stops automatically if a coin container is full.

In order to start a new count, empty the coin container and reset the counter to 0.00 using the

Batch mode

Remove the coins from the affected tray and continue with
the counting process by pressing the START / STOP key.
Troubleshooting
Should a coin get stuck in a coin duct,
switch off the machine. Pull the power plug and remove the remaining
coins from the machine. Remove the stuck coins by hand or
with another suitable object by reaching into the coin duct
from below.
Error messages
The following error messages could appear on the display following the self-test after the machine
is switched on.
EC – Rotary disc error / no rotation
E0 – Coin recognition error
E1 – E8 – Sensor error for the respective slot number counted from the right.

Las funciones
Trampilla para monedas
La trampilla para monedas se encuentra dentro de la entrada para monedas y permite la introducción

Display

Conectar el aparato
Con el interruptor en la parte trasera de la máquina se conecta y desconecta el aparato.
Tecla START / STOP
Con esta tecla inicia y detiene una operación de conteo.
Tecla Report
Al presionar la tecla Report se mostrará la cantidad de monedas por tipo que hay en la máquina.
Tecla Set
Al presionar la tecla Set se mostrará la cantidad límite preajustada de conteo.
Teclas + / -
Con las teclas + o – aumenta o disminuye la cantidad límite de conteo en 1.
Tecla Bat
Modifica gradualmente la cantidad para el límite de conteo.
Tecla C
Con la tecla Clear el contador se pondrá a cero para una nueva operación de conteo. Al mismo
tiempo, esta tecla sirve para finalizar el modo Batch.
