Randell’s new cheese and sauce station allows the cheese and sauce(s) to be
moved to a new table, freeing up valuable space in the prep table and allowing
more topping space. And the new refrigerated cheese catch pan captures and
holds cheese safely, reducing waste and saving money!

• Lines up with Randell 8000N series prep tables
• (4) ambient drawers for holding dough tray/
dough balls, 26” W x 16” D x 3” H
