Quick Reference
CALIBRATION LED REFERENCE
• Make sure calibration gas cylinder is attached
and pressure gauge reads ≥50 psi.
• Make sure the power LED is glowing.
• Make sure a filter is attached and that the air
inlet is not blocked.
1. Turn on the ToxiRAE 3: Press and hold the
MODE ( ) button.
2. After the ToxiRAE 3 has started and displays
a reading, press the Y/+ button until its
display shows “Ir.”
3. Firmly press the ToxiRAE 3
face-down into the dock on
the AutoRAE Lite.
4. When both the Bump and
Cal. LEDs glow green, press
“Bump” to perform a bump
test, or press “Cal.” to perform
a calibration.

SET THE TIME
Set the AutoRAE Lite’s time before its first use,
and whenever the AutoRAE Lite has not been
used for more than 10 days. Refer to the
AutoRAE LiteUser’s Guide for instructions.
WARNING
Only use this instrument in non-hazardous locations.

During a bump test or calibration, the status LED
blinks and is orange.
PASS: A green LED indicates the bump test or
calibration was successful.
FAIL: A red LED indicates the bump test or
calibration failed.
