Congratulations on the purchase of your Dreami.

Safety, comfort and user friendliness have played an important role in the development
of the Dreami. This product meets the most stringent safety regulations.

Please take the time to read through the instruction manual carefully and make sure that anyone else using the product
reads it as well. The Dreami only offers maximum safety when it is used in accordance with the instructions.

Continuous research by our development team, user tests and consumer reactions ensure that we are kept fully up to
date in the field of child safety. If you have any questions concerning the use of your Dreami, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

Customer Services

Important: Read first!

READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. Failure to follow these
instructions may endanger the safety of your child.

• WARNING: You are personally responsible for the safety of your child.

• WARNING: We advise against using the Dreami for children who are able to sit up by themselves unassisted, roll

over or push themselves up on their hands and knees (approx. 6 months, maximum of 9 kg).

• WARNING: Never leave your child unattended in a pram.

• WARNING: Do not use a mattress thicker than 30 mm.

• Do not place the Dreami near an open fire or other heat sources.

• Only place the Dreami on sturdy, horizontal and dry surfaces.

• Do not allow other children to play close to the Dreami unsupervised.

• Attention: The Dreami is not a safe means of transport by car and should NEVER be used as such. Use a Maxi-Cosi
car safety seat for transport by car!

• The Dreami is approved according to the strictest European safety standards (EN 1888:2003) and is suitable for
children from 0 to 9 kg (from birth to approx. 6 months).

• Try out this product a number of times before use.

General Instructions

• No alterations may be made to the product. If you have any complaints or problems,please contact your supplier or
importer.

• We advise against using the Dreami if parts are missing or it is damaged.

• Only use original accessories and parts approved by the manufacturer.

• Check the base and hood often for wear and tear.

• Do not remove the logos from the cover in order to prevent damage to the fabric. Unless instructed otherwise by
your doctor, always place your baby on his back when sleeping and make sure he is not dressed too warmly. Do not
use soft or poor circulating bedding (pillows, bumpers, duvets etc.) due to the risk of suffocation. When making the
bed up make sure your child lies with his feet against the foot-end of the Dreami. Use a blanket or matching baby
sleeping bag.

• Your child can be fastened securely in the Dreami using a safety harness. The D-rings on either side of the mattress can
be used for this purpose. Make sure the harness complies with the following standard: BS 6684 (1).

Carrying the Dreami:

The Dreami can be carried as a carrycot using the carrying handle on the hood.

• Open the hood and pull the carrying handle upwards until you hear a click (2).

• To fold down the hood, press the buttons on both sides simultaneously whilst folding down the hood (3).

Using the mosquito net:

• The hood must be in an upright position in order to use the mosquito net.

• Unfold the mosquito net and zip it to the hood. Attach the hooks to the handles (4).

Using the rain cover:

• The hood must be in an upright position in order to use the rain cover.

• Pull the rain cover over the entire Dreami.

Using the Dreami in combination with a pushchair:

• Never lift the pushchair when there is a child in the Dreami.

• To use the Dreami with a pushchair, remove the pushchair seat (see the pushchair instruction manual) and attach the
adapters (to the pushchair).

Attaching the Dreami to the pushchair:

• Unfold the pushchair and lock it into position. Attach the adapters (see the pushchair instruction manual).

• Place the carrycot onto the adapters (5) of the unfolded frame with the foot•end between the handles.

• Check to make sure the carrycot is firmly secured.

Removing the Dreami:

• Place your thumbs on the control buttons on both sides of the Dreami (6.1).

• Push the buttons whilst simultaneously lifting the carrycot off the pushchair (6.2).

Maintenance

Cleaning the Dreami:

• Clean the outside of the hood, the carrycot and the cover using a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.

Washing the removable lining and cover:

• Wash the lining and cover by hand in water at a maximum temperature of 30° C (see care instructions on the label).
Important: Do not put the lining or cover in a washing machine or tumble dryer!

• Do not lubricate the moving parts on the Dreami.

Removing the lining:

• Remove the cover, mattress and any blankets.

• Remove the lining from under the handles and unhook.

• Pull the D rings through the slots.

• To refit the lining, carry out the above instructions in reverse order.

Warranty

Dorel Netherlands guarantees that this product complies with all safety requirements as specified in the current
European safety standard EN 1888 / 2003, and that this product is free from defects in workmanship and material at
the time of purchase. If this product shows material and/or workmanship defects after purchase and during the
warranty period (with normal use as described in the instruction manual), Dorel Netherlands will assume the
responsibility to repair or replace it. The warranty period is 24 months for the metal frame and 12 months for fabric
components and other parts subject to wear, such as tyres, wheel bearings, and so forth. Normal wear and tear that
can be expected with daily use of the product is therefore hereby excluded.

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

• The product is not supplied to the manufacturer together with the original sales receipt.

• The defect is the result of incorrect or negligent use, or maintenance that is contrary to the instructions given in the
manual.

• Repairs have been carried out by third parties.

• There is discolouration, damage to the fabric or watermarks due to washing or rainwater and excessive exposure to
sunlight (UV).

• The defect is the result of negligence or damage to the fabric or frame due to a blow to the pushchair.

• The defect is the result of an accident or airplane travel.

• The defect is the result of overloading (exceeding the maximum weight allowance for the child and any items being
carried).

• The defect is the result of using a standing board or seat for a 2nd child.

• There is normal wear and tear to the wheels, tyres and/or fabric (such as a flat tyre and/or loose snaps).

• The product has been involved in a "collision" with a heavy shop door.

• Damage to surfaces, such as plastic laminate floors.

• The stated warranty terms and conditions have not been satisfied.

Date of effect:

• The warranty period goes into effect as of the date of purchase of the product.

Warranty term:

• The warranty on the frame is valid for a period of 24 consecutive months. A term of 12 consecutive months applies
to the fabric components and other parts susceptible to wear and tear. The warranty applies solely to the original
owner and is non-transferable.

If you discover a defect

• In the event of a defect, contact your retailer. If your retailer is unable to assist you, he will return the product to the
manufacturer together with a description of the complaint and the original, dated sales receipt. Products that are
returned directly to the manufacturer will NOT be eligible for the warranty.

Fabric components and other parts subject to wear:

• The cover should be cared for properly (see the instruction manual for care instructions). It is normal for fabric to
discolour from sunlight and to show wear and tear after a long period of use, even when used normally. The warranty
period for the cover and other parts subject to wear, such as the tyres, is therefore limited to a period of no more
than 12 months as of the date of purchase.

This Warranty Clause conforms to European Directive 99/44/EG of 25 May 1999.

d’emploi peut mettre votre enfant en grave danger.

• AVERTISSEMENT: Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité de votre enfant.

• AVERTISSEMENT: Il est déconseillé d’utiliser le Dreami pour des enfants capables de s’asseoir tout seuls, de se

retourner et de se mettre à quatre pattes (environ 6 mois, poids maximum 9 kg).

• AVERTISSEMENT: Ne laissez jamais votre enfant seul et sans surveillance dans une poussette.

• AVERTISSEMENT: N’utilisez pas de matelas d’une épaisseur supérieure à 30 mm.

• Ne laissez pas le Dreami près d’un feu ou d’une autre source de chaleur.

• Placez le Dreami uniquement sur des surfaces horizontales, solides et sèches.

• Ne laissez pas d’autres enfants jouer sans surveillance près du Dreami.

• Attention: Le Dreami n’est pas un siège de sécurité pour la voiture et ne doit pas être utilisé comme tel. Utilisez
pour cela un siège-auto Maxi-Cosi!

• Le Dreami est homologué selon les normes européennes les plus strictes (EN 1888:2003) et convient à des enfants de

Instructions générales

• N’apportez aucune modification à ce produit. Dans le cas de réclamations ou de problèmes, veuillez contacter votre
fournisseur ou l’importateur.

• Nous vous déconseillons l’utilisation du Dreami si celui-ci est endommagé ou incomplet.

• N’utilisez que des accessoires et pièces d’origine homologués par le fabricant.

• Vérifiez régulièrement l’état du fond et du capot.

• Afin d’éviter d’endommager le tissu, ne détachez pas les logos de la housse.

• Sauf avis contraire de votre médecin, placez toujours votre bébé sur le dos pour dormir et ne l’habillez pas de
vêtements trop chauds. N’utilisez pas de literie trop molle ou serrée (oreiller, réducteur, doudou, etc.) afin d’écarter
tout risque d’asphyxie. Nous vous conseillons également d’ajuster le drap dans le Dreami de sorte que les pieds de
l’enfant couché touchent l’extrémité de la nacelle. Utilisez une couverture ou un petit duvet assorti.

• Vous pouvez caler votre enfant dans le Dreami à l’aide d’un harnais de sécurité que vous attacherez aux anneaux en D
à côté du matelas. Vérifiez que ce harnais est conforme à la norme BS 6684 (1).

Transporter le Dreami:

Vous pouvez porter le Dreami comme un couffin au moyen de la poignée de transport située sur le capot.

• Remontez le capot et relevez la poignée jusqu’à entendre un clic (2).

• Pour rabattre le capot, appuyez sur les boutons de part et d’autre de celui-ci, tout en le poussant vers l’arrière (3).

Utilisation de la moustiquaire:

• Pour utiliser la moustiquaire, le capot doit être en position relevée.

• Dépliez la moustiquaire et fixez-la au capot au moyen de la fermeture à glissière. Attachez les crochets aux poignées
(4).

Utilisation de la housse de pluie:

• Pour utiliser la housse de pluie, le capot doit être en position relevée.

• Recouvrez le Dreami complètement avec la housse de pluie.

Utilisation du Dreami sur un cadre de poussette:

• Ne soulevez jamais la poussette lorsqu’un enfant occupe le Dreami.

• Pour utiliser le Dreami sur un cadre de poussette, retirez le siège de la poussette (consultez le mode d’emploi de la
poussette) et fixez les adaptateurs au cadre (de la poussette).

Fixation du Dreami au cadre de la poussette:

• Dépliez le cadre et bloquez-le en position verrouillée. Fixez les adaptateurs (consultez le mode d’emploi de la
poussette).

• Placez la nacelle sur les adaptateurs (5) fixés sur la poussette dépliée, le dreami étant postionné bébé face à la mère.

• Vérifiez que la nacelle est bien attachée.

Pour retirer le Dreami:

• Placez vos pouces sur les boutons de commande de part et d’autre du Dreami (6.1).

• Enfoncez les boutons, tout en soulevant la nacelle du cadre de la poussette (6.2).

Entretien

Nettoyage du Dreami:

• Nettoyez l’extérieur du capot, de la nacelle et de la housse à l’aide d’un linge humide. N’employez pas de produits
agressifs.

Lavage de la doublure et de la housse amovibles:

• Lavez la doublure et la housse à la main dans de l’eau ne dépassant pas une température de 30°C (consultez les
instructions de lavage sur l’étiquette). Important : N’utilisez ni lave-linge ni sèche-linge pour nettoyer la doublure ou
la housse !

• Ne lubrifiez pas les parties mobiles du Dreami.

Pour retirer la doublure:

• Retirez la housse, le matelas et toutes les couvertures.

• Retirez la doublure en-dessous des poignées et décrochez-la.

• Faites passer les anneaux en D par les trous.

• Pour replacer la doublure, effectuez l’opération inverse.
