For the purpose of using and maintenance the kitchen scale, please read this instruction completely
before operating.

• High precision strain-gauge sensor and reliable CPU • Unit: g, oz

• Capacity: 2kgX1g, 3kgX1g, 5kgX2g, • Auto power off

• Repeatable Tare function

• ON/TARE key: Power on, Power off, Tare function

• UNIT key: Unit switch (kg, g, oz, lb)

• Press the key “TARE/ON” to power on. The LCD will show “HELO”, it will show “0” after three
seconds.

• Press the “UNIT” key, you can switch between weighing units “g” or “oz”.

• LCD will show weight after you put the food on the platform (model QS-K8817) or in the provided
container (model QS-KP8817).

• If there is some food already on the platform (model QS-K8817) or in the container (model QS­KP8817) and you wish to measure the weight of another food, please press “ON/TARE” key. The
LCD will show”0g” and display “TARE” on the LCD left, then put another food on the platrofm or in
the container. Do not exceed maximum weight allowed. This function is repeatable.

• When you take all food off, LCD show the negative (-) weight before you tare last time.

• Press “ON/TARE” key. LCD will reset and show "0". Pressing the key again will turn off the scale.
Scale will turn off automatically after 30s if not used.

• When the scale is overloaded, the "ERR" message will appear on the LCD.

• The LCD shows " " when batteries start to lose power, you should replace them.

• When the LCD shows "OUT2" and then tunrs off, it means the weighing object has overloaded the
scalady.

Introduction of using and installing batteries

Advice for use and care

Declaration of Conformity

• Use 1pc CR2032 lithium battery.

• When changing the battery, please open the battery cover on the back, put 1pc CR2303 lithium battery
cin the battery case (make sure the positive pole is facing upwards), then tightly close the battery cover.

• The product includes 1pc CR2302 lithium battery, please install it before using.

• Put the scale on a clean and flat table.

• To ensure the life of the scale, do not put the scale under wet, hot and cold condition.

• The product belongs to high precision electronic weighing apparatus, please do not press or drop the
scale otherwise the scale is easy to damage.

• If the scale surface is dirty, please clean the scale with soft cloth, do not use any chemical detergent and
make sure the water does not get inside the scale.

• The product is designed for personal use only, do not use for commercial purposes.

• If the result appears improperly, please check whether the batteries and the contact point well. Replace
with new batteries if the current battery has already been in use for a long time, then try again. If
necessary, contact the local dealer.

This appliance is not for professional use. Failure to follow this instructions carefully may result in damage to
the appliance. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

trash can, the manufacturer warns that this product cannot be considered a standard domestic waste. By
proper treatment, management and recycling of such waste the owner of the product prevents users from
the potential negative consequences to health, which may be caused by inadequate
management or disposal of such waste. For more information concerning recycling and
management of the product, please contact your local government office for dangerous waste
management, or the vendor from which you purchased the product. Waste electrical products
must not be dispose with household waste. This equipment should be taken to your local recycling
centre for safe treatment.

Zahvaljujemo Vam na kupnji Quadro ureðaja. Prije nego li krenete s uporabom ureðaja, molimo vas da
izdvojite malo vremena i pažljivo prouèite ovu uputu.

• Za ukljuèenje ureðaja pritisnite tipku “ON/TARE”. Na zaslonu se ispisuje pozdravna poruka “HELO”.

Nakon tri sekunde na zaslonu se pojavljuje “0”g.

• Pritiskom na tipku “UNIT” možete promjeniti mjernu jedinicu( “g” ili “oz”).

• Postavite posudu na radnu površinu vage. Na zaslonu vage ispisuje se težina posude.

• Pritisnite tipku “ON/TARE”. S desne strane zaslona ispisuje se težina u vrijednosti “0”, a s lijeve

“Tare”. Time ste vagu vratili na 0g i možete nastaviti mjerenje. Stavite namirnicu koji želite izvagati u
posudu i oèitajte vrijednost težine. Ukoliko želite izvagati novu namirnicu, a da pritom ne uklanjate
staru, ponovno pritisnite tipku TARE èime vrijednost vraæate na 0 i dodajte u posudu novu namirnicu.

• Uklanjanjem posude sa sadržajem na zaslonu se ispisuje negativna vrijednost težine (zadnje oèitana

težina prije zadnjeg pritiska na tipku TARE).

• Za iskljuèenje ureðaja pritisnite “ON/TARE” nakon èega se na zaslonu prikazuje "0", te ponovo

pritisnite "ON/TARE" za iskljuèivanje vage. Vaga se sama iskljuèuje nakon 30s nekorištenja.

• Pritiskom na tipku "ON/TARE" na zaslonu se ispisuje pozdravna poruka “HELO”.

• Ukoliko LCD zaslon ispiše poruku “ERR” došlo je do prepotreæenja ureðaja.

• Ukoliko se na LCD zaslonu pokaže oznaka baterije " " , molimo vas da zamjenite bateriju novom.

• Kada LCD pokaže "OUT2" te se potom iskljuèi znaèi da je predmet vaganja preopteretio vagu ili je nestabilan.

Izjava o sukladnosti

• Vrsta: 1 x CR2032 lithium baterija

• Za promjenu baterije uklonite poklopac odjeljka za baterije smješten na stražnjoj strani ureðaja,
umetnite bateriju tipa CR2032 lithium (pozitivni pol baterije mora biti okrenut prema gore). Zatvorite
odjeljak poklopcem.

• Uz ureðaj dobiva se i jedna baterija tipa: CR2302 lithium. Prije uporabe umetnite bateriju u u ureðaj.

• Prije uporabe postavite ureðaj na èistu i ravnu podlogu.

• Ureðaj èuvajte na suhom mjestu (izbjegavajte vlažne, pretople ili prehladne prostore).

• Ne optereæujte ureðaj naglim promjenama težine buduæi da se radi o vrlo osjetljivom i vrlo preciznom
mjernom instrumentu. Ne rastavljajte i ne pokušavajte popraviti ureðaj sami. U sluèaju eventualnog
kvara, provjerite ispravnost baterije. Ukoliko problem nije u bateriji obratite se ovlaštenom serviseru.

• Ne koristite abrazivna sredstva za èišæenje. Ureðaj je dovoljno prebrisati mekom mokrom krpom.
Pripazite da ne doðe u dodir s vodom.

Prema Pravilniku o Gospodarenju otpadnim elektriènim i elektronièkim ureðajima i opremom
(N.N.br.74od18.07.07.) i EU Directive:2002/96/EC za proizvode uz koji je prikazan znak prekrižene kante
za otpatke, skreæemo pozornost da se taj proizvod ne smije tretirati kao standardni kuæni otpad.
Ispravnim postupanjem, zbrinjavanjem i recikliranjem proizvoda, sprjeèavate potencijalne
negativne posljedice na ljudsko zdravlje i okoliš,koji mogu nastati zbog neadekvatnoga
zbrinjavanja ili bacanja ovog proizvoda.Za više informacija o recikliranju i zbrinjavanju ovog
proizvoda,molim kontaktirajte vaš lokalni ured za zbrinjavanje opasnog otpada (WEEE otpad) ili
vašu trgovinu gdje ste kupili proizvod.

Ureðaj nije namjenjen za uporabu osobama sa smanjenim mentalnim sposobnostima ili osobama

koje nemaju dovoljno iskustva i znanja za uporabu ureðaja. Ukoliko im dozvolite da ga koriste, neka
to bude pod vašim nadzorom.

• Ovaj ureðaj nije namjenjen za profesionalnu i komercijalnu uporabu. Strogo se držite uputa za

uporabu. Ne pridržavanje uputa može uzrokovati ošteæenje i kvar ureðaja. Ošteæenje uzrokovana
