Preface 3
TS-x53BU User Guide
This chapter provides basic information about the QNAP TS-x53BU NAS.
The TS-x53BU is powered by an Intel® Celeron® J3455 quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and up to 8 GB DDR3L memory. The NAS provides four, eight, or twelve hot-swappable SATA drive bays that support both hard disk drives and solid-state drives. The TS-x53BU also features four gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI port, and one PCIe 2.0 x2 slot for various applications and expansion options.
Note
Modifying the hardware or software of your QNAP product invalidates the warranty. QNAP is not responsible for any damage or data loss caused by unauthorized modifications and installation of unsupported third-party applications.
