Gas heater
Design: This gas heater is part of a robust range of Qlima products
Full colour box: The unit is delivered completely with auxiliary parts in a full
coloured box showing applications and operation information in several
languages.
Castors: For easy movement the gas heater is provided with castors.
Tip over safety switch: The tip-over switch will automaticaly shut the gas
heater off when the unit is turning over.
Hybrid heating: The HYBRID combines the best of both worlds: gas heating
and electrical heating. It can work on gas only, electric only or on BOTH. Even
when you are without gas or without electricity: you can still heat your room.
(Electric) heating settings: The gas heater has 3 heater settings, to adjust the
heating capacity according to the desired room temperature, plus the additional
electrical fan heater.
Instant heating: No waiting for the heat to build up over hours, just turn the
knob and you have instant radiated heat to warm your hands and feet. At the
same time gently warming convection heat will bring a warm glow to the whole
room.
Electric room thermostat: With the included room thermostat the user can
determine that the electrical heater inside the appliance will switch off at a
certain room temperature. This is highly comfortable and energy saving at the
same time.
Efficient and quiet: The gas heater is efficient and quiet as no blowers or fans
are required to distribute the heat.
Electrical fan heater: The additional electrical fan heater can be used to give
the warm airflow an extra boost. The warm airflow will reach further and travel
faster in the room, providing the user a warm and comfortable temperature.
Piezoelectric ignitor: This device takes care that the heater can be ignited
easily. No matches or lighters are required to start the heater.
Oxygen depletion sensor (ODS): The gas heater is equipped with oxygen
depletion sensors (ODS). These sensors can tell how much oxygen is left in
the air. If the oxygen level decreases then this activates the sensor and the gas
shuts off to the logs. All of this happens long before you would feel the effects.
