WARNINGS
This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments;
farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance shall not be used by children.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

setting, refer to the section “Operation” on page 4 of the manual.
Always disconnect the appliance from the
supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read this manual carefully before using the appliance and keep it for future reference.
To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the appliance or its cord in water or any other
liquid. If the appliance falls into liquid, unplug the cord from the mains socket immediately. Do not reach into the liquid.
Do not use the appliance outdoors or anywhere the cord or mixer might come into contact with water while in use. Always disconnect the mixer from the mains socket when not in use, before assembling or disassembling and before cleaning.
Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods. Avoid contacting moving parts.

GETTING STARTED
Before using your hand mixer for the first time, wash the dough hooks and beaters in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the outer surface of the body with a damp cloth.

OPERATION WARNING: Do not operate this appliance for

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
