BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using the hand blender for the first time, wash the blending unit
in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. BEWARE THE SHARP
BLADE IN THE MIXING LEG.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
ASSEMBLY
Ensure that the motor unit is disconnected from the mains socket
before assembly.
1. Insert the motor unit into the mixing leg.
Make sure that the arrow on the mixing leg is aligned with the
unlock symbol on the motor unit.
2. Turn the motor unit anticlockwise until the arrow is aligned with the
lock symbol on the motor unit.
OPERATION
The hand blender is suitable for preparing sauces, soups, mayonnaise
or mixing ingredients.
WARNING: Do not operate this appliance for more than 60 seconds
without interrupon. Allow it to rest at least 2 minutes between two
cycles. Aer 5 operang cycles, allow the appliance to cool down to the
room temperature before connuing.

1. Place ingredients into a tall container (not supplied). Make sure that the tall container is placed on a stable, flat surface.
2. Immerse the mixing leg into the tall container.
Ensure that the depth of the ingredients will
not exceed the top of the mixing leg.
3. Plug the hand blender into the mains socket.
4. Turn on the hand blender by keeping the power button pressed.
5. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down
and in circles.
6. After you have completed blending, release the power button and
unplug the appliance from the mains socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

contaminaon from different types of food, the use of warm clean water
with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come

Correct food hygiene pracses should always be followed at all mes to
avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contaminaon.
Dry the enre appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.
