ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA IN DETTAGLIO.
Acqua ed umidità:
L’apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato in prossimità di acqua (per es. vicino a vasche da bagno, lavelli da cucina, in prossimità di piscine
ecc.).
Ventilazione:
L’apparecchio deve essere posto in modo tale che la sua collocazione o posizione non interferisca con l’adeguata ventilazione. Per esempio,
l’apparecchio non deve essere collocato su un letto, copri-divano, o superfici simili che possono bloccare le aperture di ventilazione, o posto in
una installazione ad incasso, come una libreria o un armadietto che possono impedire il flusso d’aria attraverso le aperture di ventilazione.
Calore:
L’apparecchio deve essere posto lontano da fonti di calore come radiatori, termostati, asciuga biancheria, o altri apparecchi che producono
calore.
Alimentazione:
• L’apparecchio deve essere collegato soltanto al tipo di alimentazione descritto nelle istruzioni d’uso o segnalato sull’apparecchio.
• Se la spina in dotazione non combacia con la presa, rivolgersi ad un elettricista per farsi installare una presa appropriata.
Messa a terra o polarizzazione:
• Si devono prendere precauzioni in modo tale che la messa a terra e la polarizzazione dell’ apparecchio non siano pregiudicate.
• Le parti metalliche dell’apparecchiatura sono collegate a massa tramite il cavo d’alimentazione.
• Se la presa utilizzata per alimentazione non possiede collegamento a massa, rivolgersi ad un elettricista qualificato per fare collegare
l’apparato a massa tramite il terminale.
Protezione del cavo di alimentazione:
Il cavo di alimentazione elettrica deve essere installato in modo che non venga calpestato o pizzicato da oggetti posti sopra o contro, prestando
particolare attenzione a cavi e spine, prese a muro.
Pulizia:
• Quando l’unità deve essere pulita, è possibile eliminare la polvere utilizzando un getto d’aria compressa o un panno inumidito.
• Non pulire l’unità utilizzando solventi quali trielina, diluenti per vernici, fluidi, alcol, fluidi ad alta volatilità o altri liquidi infiammabili.
Periodi di non utilizzo:
Il cavo di alimentazione dell’apparecchio deve essere staccato dalla presa se rimane inutilizzato per un lungo periodo.
Ingresso di liquidi o oggetti:
Si deve prestare attenzione che non cadano oggetti e non si versino liquidi nel corpo dell’apparecchio attraverso le griglie.

Uso sicuro della linea d’alimentazione:
• Quando si scollega l’apparato alla rete tenere saldamente sia la spina che la presa.
• Quando l’unità non viene utilizzata per un periodo prolungato, interrompere l’alimentazione estraendo la spina dalla presa
dell’alimentazione
• Per evitare danni alla linea d’alimentazione dell’apparato, non mettere in trazione il cavo d’alimentazione e non utilizzare un cavo
attorcigliato.
• Per evitare il danneggiamento del cavo d’alimentazione dell’apparato, assicurarsi che questo non venga calpestato o schiacciato da oggetti
pesanti.
Spostamento dell’unità:
Prima di ogni spostamento, verificare che l’unità sia spenta. Il cavo d’alimentazione deve essere estratto dalla presa, così come i collegamenti
dell’unità con altre linee.
Non smontare l’unità:
Non tentare di smontare né riparare da soli l’unità. Per qualsiasi problema non risolvibile con l’aiuto del presente manuale, rivolgersi a un
tecnico qualificato o consultare la nostra compagnia. Qualsiasi uso non appropriato può causare incendi o scosse elettriche.
Malfunzionamenti:
• Non tentare mai di eseguire riparazioni diverse da quelle descritte nel presente manuale.
• Contattare un centro di servizio autorizzato o del personale altamente qualificato nei seguenti casi:
- Quando l’apparato non funziona o funziona in modo anomalo.
- Se il cavo d’alimentazione o la spina sono danneggiati.
- Sono penetrati oggetti estranei o è stato versato del liquido nell’apparecchio.
- L’apparecchio è stato esposto alla pioggia.
- L’apparecchio non sembra funzionare normalmente o presenta un evidente
cambiamento nelle prestazioni.
- L’apparecchio è caduto, o il corpo è danneggiato.
Manutenzione:
L’utente non deve tentare di riparare l’apparecchio al di là di quanto descritto nelle istruzioni di funzionamento. Ogni altra riparazione deve essere
affidata a personale specializzato.
IMPORTANTI NORME DI SICUREZZA:
• Installare seguendo le istruzioni.
• Il voltaggio d’alimentazione dell’unità è abbastanza elevato per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche, non installare, collegare o sconnettere
l’alimentazione quando l’apparato è acceso.
• Non aprire mai l’apparecchiatura: all’interno non esistono parti utilizzabili dall’utente.
• Se si avverte uno strano odore proveniente dall’apparato, spegnerlo immediatamente e sconnettere il cavo dell’alimentazione.
• Non ostruire le griglie di ventilazione dell’apparato.
• Evitare che l’unità lavori in sovraccarico per tempo prolungato.
• Non forzare i comandi (pulsanti, controlli, ecc.)
• Avvitare completamente i terminali a vite degli altoparlanti per garantire la sicurezza dei contatti.

Per ragioni di sicurezza, non annullare il collegamento a massa della spina. Il collegamento a massa è necessario per salvaguardare la
sicurezza dell’operatore
• Utilizzare unicamente i connettori e gi accessori specificati dal produttore.
• L’apparato deve essere collocato in un rack metallico (vedi INSTALLAZIONE) e tenuto lontano da:
¾ Luoghi umidi
¾ Esposizione diretta a fonti di calore (come luce solare).
¾ Luoghi non sufficientemente ventilati
• In presenza di temporali con fulmini o quando l’apparato non è utilizzato, estrarre la spina d’alimentazione dalla presa.
•
Per prevenire il rischio di incendi e scosse elettriche, è necessario tenere l’apparato lontano da spruzzi e gocce. Sopra l’apparato non
devono essere collocati vasi o altri oggetti contenenti liquidi. In caso si verifichino interferenze nel circuito di provenienza, il valore di THD
sarà superiore al 10%. Non installare questo apparato in una libreria o in altri luoghi a spazio ristretto

2. DESCRIZIONE
Il FREE1 è la risposta PROEL alla crescente richiesta di sistemi audio portatili autonomi che permettano di
amplificare voce e musica in siti dove non sono disponibili prese d’alimentazione o possibilità di stesura cavi.
Trattasi di un completo set d’amplificazione portatile dotato di eccellenti prestazioni acustiche fornite da un sistema di
altoparlanti a due vie con amplificatore da 35W RMS.
Il suo utilizzo è indicato nel rinforzo voce per conferenze, manifestazioni fieristiche, sportive, religiose o presentazioni
commerciali; il tutto è supportato da un sistema radiomicrofonico funzionante in banda UHF quarzati con alta stabilità
in frequenza in grado di rendere completamente libero l'oratore.
Il FREE1 è inoltre completo di Interfaccia BLUETOOTH, lettore MP3/USB/SD card player, un ingresso microfonico e
un ingresso AUX per una eventuale sorgente esterna.
La batteria interna ricaricabile è dimensionata per fornire una buona autonomia di esercizio (circa 3 ore), mentre il
peso complessivo resta comunque contenuto per una ottima portabilità.
Il cabinet in ABS è completato con una comoda tracolla e da una flangia sul lato inferiore per l'utilizzo su asta da
pavimento.

3. FUNZIONI E CONTROLLI PANNELLO DI COMANDO

Premere questo tasto per accendere o spegnere il dispositivo

3. ON/OFF BLUETOOTH
Premere questo tasto per attivare o disattivare l’interfaccia Bluetooth.
Con il tasto in ON l’indicatore luminoso (fig.1, rif.4) lampeggia e l’interfaccia ricerca il dispositivo da
associare, quando il dispositivo Smartphone è associato l’indicatore luminoso si spegne.
Con l’interfaccia BLUETOOTH attiva, sarà possibile riprodurre brani musicali sul FREE1, senza alcun
collegamento fisico, semplicemente associando il proprio dispositivo Smartphone.
Nota: Per tali operazioni fare riferimento alle istruzioni del proprio dispositivo Smartphone
4. LED BLUETOOTH
Con il tasto (fig.1, rif.3) in ON l’indicatore luminoso lampeggia e l’interfaccia ricerca il dispositivo da
associare, quando il dispositivo Smartphone è associato l’indicatore luminoso si spegne.
5. Ingresso USB
Inserire la chiave USB nell’ingresso.
Nota: Il dispositivo accetta supporti USB fino a 32 GB

Inserire la SD CARD nell’apposito vano
7. Display
Visualizza le informazioni relative al lettore MP3
8. CONTROL
Comando di navigazione.
Dopo aver inserito nell’apposito ingresso un supporto di memoria (USB o SD card) contenente dei brani
musicali in formato MP3, scorrere i brani ruotando il comando verso destra o verso sinistra.
Individuato il brano che si vuole riprodurre, premere il pulsante per far partire la riproduzione, ad una
successiva pressione del pulsante la riproduzione verrà messa in pausa, premere nuovamente per
riavviarla. Il display (fig.1, rif.7) mostrerà il titolo del brano e lo stato di avanzamento della riproduzione.
Nota: Accendendo il dispositivo senza aver inserito nessun supporto di memoria il Display mostrerà un
contatore che avanza, indicante il tempo di utilizzo del dispositivo stesso.
Terminata la riproduzione del brano prescelto, il riproduttore MP3 passerà automaticamente al brano
successivo, riprodotto l’ultimo brano il dispositivo resterà in stand-by.
Mantenendo ruotata la manopola Control Verso destra o verso sinistra si andrà rispettivamente ad
incrementare o decrementare il volume del lettore MP3 (il Display (fig.1, rif.7) mostrerà un livello compreso
tra 00 e 15)

Ruotare il controllo in senso orario per accendere il ricevitore radio o aumentare il volume di riproduzione
del segnale proveniente dal Trasmettitore wireless.
Ruotare il controllo in senso antiorario per spegnere il ricevitore radio o diminuire il volume di riproduzione
del segnale proveniente dal Trasmettitore wireless.

4. UTILIZZO DEL RADIOMICROFONO PALM ARE
1. Interruttore tre posizioni
Posizione OFF: il trasmettitore è spento
Posizione centrale: il trasmettitore è acceso ma in MUTE
Posizione ON: il trasmettitore è operativo
2. LOW BAT RED LED
LED che indica lo stato di carica della batteria:
• Quando il microfono viene acceso, il LED si illumina per circa 1 secondo.
• Se le batterie sono cariche, il LED si spegne e resta spento anche a microfono acceso e funzionante.
• Il LED si illumina nuovamente a microfono acceso quando lo stato di carica delle batterie si sta
esaurendo, per comunicare che occorre sostituirle al più presto
3. Giglia microfono
La griglia protegge la capsula microfonica e incorpora un filtro anti-pop. La capsula microfonica è di tipo
dinamico con figura a cardioide unidirezionale.
4. Vano Batterie
Svitare la base del microfono, inserire due batteria alcaline tipo AA rispettando la polarità e riavvitare.
Note:
• Il microfono è in grado di funzionare anche con due batterie ricaricabili al Ni-MH, ma in tal caso la
durata del funzionamento è più breve. Un adesivo posto nel vano batterie indica la frequenza di
trasmissione.
• In caso di lunghi periodi di non utilizzo dei radiomicrofoni è sempre consigliabile togliere dalla
propria sede le batterie.
• Un adesivo posto nel vano batterie indica la frequenza di trasmissione.

5. RICARICA DELLE BATTERIE
Quando l'autonomia della batteria è scarsa, la spia rossa led “25%” (fig.1, rif.17) sarà accesa, provvedere prima
possibile alla ricarica della batteria collegando il FREE1 all’adattatore AC/DC 100-240Vac / 20Vdc in dotazione
mediante l’apposito ingresso DC 18V (fig.1, rif.16).
Collegando l’adattatore alla rete elettrica, automaticamente inizierà il processo di ricarica del pacco batteria
interno e gli indicatore del livello di carica della batteria (fig.1, rif.17) inizieranno ad accendersi ciclicamente.
Quando il livello di carica raggiunge il 100%, se l’adattatore di rete in dotazione non viene scollegato, il circuito di
ricarica interno provvederà a fornire al pacco batteria una corrente di mantenimento.
Nota: Caricare la batteria per circa 2 ore per avere un'autonomia di funzionamento di circa 3 ore.
Importante
Dopo l'uso, spegnere l'unità utilizzando l'interruttore (fig.1, rif.1). In caso contrario la batteria incorporata
continua a funzionare e potrà subire danni.
La scarica completa delle batterie potrebbe compromettere definitivamente la loro funzione, pertanto, evitare di
portare a scarica completa le batterie durante l’utilizzo, spegnendo il FREE1 non appena l’indicatore del livello
di carica, led “25%” si accende (fig.1, rif.17).
Nel caso di inutilizzo per lunghi periodi al fine di preservare l’integrità delle batterie interne è consigliabile
ricaricarle ogni tre mesi.
Sostituzione della batteria
L'unità dispone di una batteria 12V / 3AH. Se usata in modo appropriato può essere ricaricata più di 500 volte.
L'autonomia della batteria dovrebbe arrivare a coprire 3 ore di funzionamento. Se la batteria non dura per più di
un ora e mezza, significa che la batteria è consumata e deve essere sostituita.
Nota: tale operazione dovrebbe essere effettuata da personale esperto. Contattare un centro di servizi o
autorizzato o del personale altamente qualificato

Water and moisture:

The unit AC power cable should be unplugged from the outlet if it is unused for long periods.

Object or liquid entry into the unit:
Be careful that no objects fall into the unit or that no liquid is spilled inside the unit through ventilation openings.
Safe power line use:
• Hold the plug and the wall outlet firmly while disconnecting the unit from AC power.
• When the unit will not be used for a long period of time, please unplug the power cord from AC power outlet.
• To avoid power cable damage, do notstrain the AC power cable and do not bundle it.
• In order to avoid damage to the unit power cable, be sure that the power cable is not walked on or pinched by heavy objects.
Unit relocation:
Before relocating the unit, please make sure the unit is turned off. The power cord must be unplugged from the wall outlet, and all the
connecting cables should be disconnected as well.
Do not open this unit:
Do not attempt to open or repair this unit yourself. For any problems not described in this owner’s manual, please refer to qua lified personnel
only or consult us or your National Distributor. Any improper operation could result in fire or electric shock.

2. DESCRIPTION
FREE1 unit is Proel's answer to the continuous increasing demand for autonomous portable audio systems dedicated
to voice and music amplification in ambients where there is no voltage power supply source or cable connection
difficulties due to the length to be covered between the power source and the unit to be powered.
FREE1 is a completely portable amplification system featuring high acoustic performance and is equipped with two
way loudspeakers and 35W RMS amplifier.This unit is suitable for voice reinforcement during conferences,
exhibitions, sporting or religious events, etc. FREE1 is a quartz equipped UHF wireless microphone system to ensure
High frequency stability level to allow the speaker to move freely.
FREE1 is complete with BLUETOOTH interface, MP3/USB/SD card, one microphone input and one AUX input
dedicated to a possible external source.
The internal rechargeable battery has been designed to ensure good operating autonomy (approximately 3 hours)
whilst the unit weight has been contained to optimise transportability.
The ABS box acoustic cabinet is is complete with a shoulder strap, while the dedicated flange set on the bottom of
the unit allows for stand floor use.

3. FUNCTIONS AND PANNEL CONTROLS

Press this button to enable or disable the Bluetooth interface.
With the key in ON position, the light indicator (fig.1, ref.4) flashes and the interface searches for the device,
when the Smartphone is paired, the light indicator (fig.1, ref.4) turns OFF.
With the BLUETOOTH interface enabled, you can play music on the FREE1, without any physical connection,
simply by pairing your Smartphone device.
Note: For these operations, refer to the instructions for your Smartphone device.
4. BLUETOOTH LED
With the key (fig.1, ref.3) in the ON position, the BLUETOOTH LED flashes and the interface searches for the
device, when the Smartphone is paired, the BLUETOOTH LED turns OFF.

8. CONTROL
Navigation command.
After inserting input storage media (USB or SD card) containing music tracks in MP3, browse songs by turning
the control to the right or to the left.Once you have found the song you want to play, press the button to start
playback, at a second press of the button, the playback will pause, press again to resume. The display (Fig.1,
ref.7) will show the song title and the progress of the playback.
Note: When you switch ON the device without inserting a USB drive or SD-CARD, the display will show a
counter that advances, indicating the time of use of the device.
After playing the song chosen, the MP3 player will automatically switch to the next track. When the last track
has been played, the device will remain in stand-by mode.
Keeping the Control wheel rotated to the right or to the left, you will go respectively to increase or decrease the
volume of your MP3 player (the display (fig. 1, ref.7) shows a level between 00 and 15)

4. HANDHELD WIRELESS TRANSMITTER USE
1. Three-position switch
OFF position: the transmitter is turned OFF
Central location: the transmitter is turned ON but muted
ON position: the transmitter is operating
2. LOW BAT RED LED
This LED shows the battery status:
• When the microphone is switched ON, the LED will light up for about 1 second.
• If the batteries are charged, the LED will turn off (even if the microphone is switched ON and
operative).
• The LED will light up again if the batteries are nearly exhausted to indicate that they must be replaced
as soon as possible.

This grid protects the microphone capsule and includes a pop filter. The microphone uses a dynamic capsule
with a cardioid unidirectional figure.
4. Battery Compartment
Unscrew the base of the microphone, insert 2 AA alkaline batteries with the polarity and screw the base back
on.

• The microphone is also able to operate with 2 Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, but in this case
the operating time is shorter.
• In case of long periods of wireless microphones non-use, itis always advisable to remove the
battery from its housing.
• A sticker in the battery compartment shows the transmitter frequency.

5. BATTERY CHARGING
When the battery is low, the “25%” red indicator LED (fig.1, rif.17) will be turned on, take care as soon
as possible to recharge the battery by connecting the AC/DC 100-240Vac / 20Vdc supplied adapter to
the dedicated 18V DC input (fig.1, ref.16).
Connecting the adapter to the mains, it will automatically begin the internal battery charging process
and level indicator (fig. 1, rif.17) will start to light up cyclically.
If the mains adapter supplied is connected and the battery level is 100%, the internal charging circuit
will provide a holding current.
Note: Charge the battery for about 2 hours to to obtain approximately 3 hours of operatio n.
Warning
Always switch OFF the power when you stop using the unit. If you do not, the battery keeps
working and could be damaged..
The full discharge of the batteries could permanently compromise their functionality, therefore,
avoid discharging the batteries completely during use by turning the FREE50V3 off as soon as
the charging led (fig.1, rif.17) goes on.
In case of long periods of disuse, it is recommended to recharge the batteries every 3 months to
preserve their integrity.
BATTERY Replacement
This unit features an 12V/3AH battery. When properly used, it can be recharged more than 500
times.
The battery should power the unit for 3 hours. If the battery does not last more than an
half, it is probably at the end of its operational life, and needs to be changed.
The battery needs to be correctly connected.
Note: This operation should always be carried out by qualified personnel. Contact an authorised/qualified
service centre.
