Supply cord replacement and repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Call the provided customer service number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
9. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
10. Do not use outdoors.
11. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.

12. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter. Do not
let cord contact hot surfaces, including stove.
13. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully. Always handle blades
with hand away from cutting edge. (See illustration in “How to Assemble and Use”). Always store blades with cutting edge away from you.

How to Assemble and Use
This electric knife is perfect for slicing cooked meats and poultry and many bakery items.
w WARNING
Always make sure the cord is not plugged into outlet when inserting and removing blades from motor housing. Blades are extremely sharp. Always handle by the side opposite the cutting edge or by the plastic guard.
1. Be sure cord is not plugged into outlet when inserting or
removing blade assembly.
2. If blades are separated, pick up by the plastic guard. Slide
the rivet on one blade into the keyhole slot in the other blade until they are locked together.
3. Holding blades together at the
base of the blade with cutting edge down, slide onto motor housing until both blades click into place.
4. Plug into outlet.
5. Hold knife by handle. Pull ON/OFF
button like a trigger to operate. You must hold the button “On” for the knife to operate.
6. To stop, release the button.
7. Unplug.

Electrical Shock Hazard. Do not immerse knife, cord, or plug in any liquid.
1. Unplug.
2. Firmly pull back blade-release button. Grasp plastic guard,
with hand away from cutting edge, and carefully pull until blades release.
3. Carefully separate blades by sliding apart to disengage rivet
from keyhole.
4. Wash blades in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. After washing and drying, immediately place blades into the
protective sleeve for storage.
6. To clean motor housing and cord, wipe with a damp cloth
and then dry thoroughly.

• Move knife through the food. Do not use a back-and-forth sawing motion.
• Let meats stand about 15 minutes after cooking and before slicing.
• Slice down to and around bone. Do not attempt to slice through bone.
• Do not cut through frozen foods.
• Do not attempt to sharpen serrated blades at home. To order replacement blades, see page 4.
• Always clean blades between cuttings of different food items to avoid cross-contamination of foods.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition.
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120 V ~ 60 Hz).
We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty,
