Lees de instructies voor gebruik op uw gemak door en bewaar ze zodat u ze later nog eens kunt raadplegen. De juicer is ideaal om snel allerlei citrusvruchten uit te persen en is bovendien een sieraad in de keuken. Wij raden u aan om voor het eerste gebruik de verwijderbare onderdelen af te wassen (dus niet de motorbasis).

GEBRUIKSTIPS

Plaats de juicer op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Zodra u het fruit op de kegel drukt, gaat de motor draaien. De motor wisselt automatisch van draairichting wanneer hij in en uit wordt geschakeld. Het wisselen van draairichting levert meer sap op. Als u klaar bent met persen of als het reservoir vol is, kunt u het reservoir verwijderen van de motorbasis door het tegen de klok in te draaien. Druk niet te hard op de perskegel. Als het motorgeluid erg verandert of de motor gaat veel langzamer draaien, drukt u te hard.

SCHOONMAKEN

TREK ALTIJD EERST DE STEKKER UIT HET STOPCONTACT. Maak de citruspers na ieder gebruik schoon. Dit voorkomt dat voedselresten vastkoeken. Het reservoir kan van de motorbasis worden verwijderd door het tegen de klok in te draaien. Alle onderdelen kunnen in een warm sopje worden gereinigd, behalve de motorbasis. Gebruik geen schurende of agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen. Neem de motorbasis af met een vochtige doek. DOMPEL DE MOTORBASIS NOOIT ONDER IN WATER OF EEN ANDERE VLOEISTOF.

PRINCESS-TIPS

- Gebruik de juicer niet langer dan 5 minuten achter elkaar.

- Gebruik deze citruspers alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

- Zorg dat het snoer of een eventueel verlengsnoer zodanig weggelegd wordt dat niemand erover kan struikelen.

- Bij beschadiging van de citruspers of het snoer adviseren wij het apparaat niet meer te gebruiken, maar het naar de winkel terug te brengen voor reparatie. Een beschadigd snoer kan alleen door onze servicedienst vervangen worden.

- Gebruik deze citruspers niet buitenshuis.

- Laat kinderen het apparaat alleen onder toezicht gebruiken.

- Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met dit apparaat spelen.

- Het is niet zonder gevaar om dit apparaat te laten gebruiken door kinderen of personen met een geestelijke of lichamelijke handicap, of met te weinig ervaring of deskundigheid. De voor de veiligheid van deze gebruikers verantwoordelijke persoon dient ze duidelijke instructies te geven voor of ze te begeleiden bij het gebruik van dit apparaat.

Please read these instructions at your leisure and save them for future reference. The juicer is ideal for rapidly squeezing all types of citrus fruits and is an attractive addition to any kitchen. Before using your new juicer for the first time, we suggest that you wash the removable components (not the base motor).

TIPS FOR USE

Place the juicer on a flat and stable surface. Insert the plug in to a wall socket. As soon as the citrus fruit is pressed onto the juice cone, the motor will be activated. The motor automatically changes directions when it is switched on and off. The change of direction increases the juice collected. After all the fruits have been squeezed or if the reservoir is full, the reservoir can be removed from the base motor by turning it anticlockwise. Do not exert too much pressure on the juice cone. If the sound of the motor increases significantly or the motor itself slows down dramatically, this means too much pressure has been exerted.

CLEANING

ALWAYS UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE BEFORE CLEANING. Clean the juicer after each use to prevent leftover food from sticking. The reservoir can be removed from the base motor by turning it anticlockwise. Each component can be washed in hot soapy water, with the exception of the motor base. Do not use abrasive or strong detergents. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.

PRINCESS TIPS

- Do not run the juicer for more than 5 minutes at one time.

- This juicer is only suitable for household use.

- Make sure the cord or extension cord is carefully positioned to avoid people tripping over it.

- If the juicer or cord is damaged, we advise you not to use the appliance and to take it to the retailer for repair. Damaged cords must be replaced by our service department.

- Do not use this juicer outdoors.

- Ensure children do not use the juicer unsupervised.

- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- The use of this appliance by children or persons with a physical, sensory, mental or motorial disability, or lack of experience and knowledge can give cause to hazards. Persons responsible for their safety should give explicit instructions or supervise the use of the appliance.

U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

BLUE NEUTRAL BROWN LIVE

As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black.

The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

If a 13Amp (BS1363) plug is used, a 3 (BS1362) fuse must be fitted, or if any other type of plug is used, a 15Amp fuse must be fitted, either in the plug or adaptor, or on the Distribution Board.

THIS IS A DOUBLE INSULATED APPLIANCE AND DOES NOT NEED AN EARTH CONNECTION WARNING: ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD EITHER THE LIVE OR NEUTRAL WIRES BE CONNECTED TO THE EARTH TERMINAL.
