Getting Started

Charging

 Insert the AC connector to the DC port on the device and connect the

power adapt er to the wall socke t for charging. The charging ind icator
blinks when fully charged, glows steadily when charging and blinks
rapidly when the device battery is too low to start it.

 Normally it takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the device.

Operating the device while chargin g with t he AC adapter m ay extend
the time of full charg ing.

Power on/Power off

 Press and hold the Power Button to turn on th e d evice. It will

automatica lly enter the Home screen after the start-up screen.

 Press the Power Button once to enter s leep mode a nd press it again

to awake the device.

 Press and hold the Power Button, and then tap o n Power

off/Standby to powe r off the device o r to enter sleep mode.

Startup wizard

 When using the device for the first time (or after resetting all user’s

personalized settings) the device will automatically launch the
Startup Wizard.

 The Startup wizard interface will offer to choose the system

language from the language list and the Time Zone.

 During the Startup Wizard the device’s accelerometer will be

calibrated. To perform the calibration, pleas e, follow th e on -screen
instructions.
