2)Require both sides of heating equipment, in order to avoid PCB damage or PCB distortion
3) Should have skilled operators for manual soldering It is recommended to welding in professional BGA soldering factory. If cpu had bad welding or welding damage, It will be very difficult to debug PCBA

1.Copy the following files to TD root directory:

ZIP files are not to be decompressed.
2.Insert the TF card into the unit, and make sure the tablet is
powered off.
3.Press "Volume+" and "Power" button unitl 3 seconds after
you see the booting logo, let go of the
"Power" button, while press "Volumn + " button for another
3 seconds. Auto upgrade starts.

If you are to burn “key” such as
mac address, check the corresponding box directly. License documents that are corresponding to key should be provided before burning “key” . For example, usid’s license document is usid.ini, which should be put into USB-Burning-tool-v1.6.1.1228\license; If there is no folder with license, a new one should be created. Similar steps are followed for the case of other keys.

PortX’current status
4.1 Port Burning progress:meaning percentage of current burning progress, 100% implying successful burning.

Port status:Connect means connected to
devices;Disconnect means not connected to devices;failed implys problems occur or burning failed when connecting;Success implys successful burning.
4.2 Device information:this information is port’s corresponding physical info, if the device info is blank, it
suggests that the device has not been corresponded to physical port or the port is not connected to devices.
4.3 Additional information:currently unused, reversed for future use.

Port status
this sign means the port is
corresponded or already connected to devices
6.
this sign means the port is not physically corresponded
or not connected to devices

to record the process of burning, mainly for
debugging.
Operating steps
A.Enter folder “USB-Burning-tool”,double click to open file
“ImageBurnTool.exe”.
B.Click Configuration ->lead in upgrading file ->choose upgrading kit(take

The script of usid.ini in the license folder should be configured accordingly .
And do the following configuration according to requirements of ASBIS order.
[Group1] base=PMP1 101302 start=00001 --start from serial number 1 end=50001 --end at 50001 total=50000 --total is 50000 used=0 --already burned zero current=00001 --burn serial number 1, as shown below:
Presently, this tool is only for burning serial numbers. C.Click to start, then connect device to PC. If it is initial connection between
device and PC, a driver should be installed. Path for driver is
USB-Burning-tool/AmlogicusbBurningdriver
D.When driver is installed, PC then can identify devices,check as the
following steps

E.By pressing power button for 5 seconds, burning tool starts to upgrade
device. Progress bar displays burning progress, port2 button shows “used”, displaying between dark and light blue, as shown in picture

F.After 5 minutes, when burning is done, progress bar disappears and status
bar change between two status Success/Disconnect, and the color of port2 change between two colors green/gray, as shown in picture 13

Then system upgrade is finished. This tool allows a maximal of upgarding eight devices at one time. Processes are similar to that of port2.
Notice
Already upgraded device can enter into burning mode via key combination, which is determined according to different programs(EBHDS is a combination of power and volume-decrease button).Procedure should be first connecting the device to correspondent port, then press key combination. Operating procedures specified in this paper not only apply to devices with empty system but also to devices that are under burning mode.
