PRE-ASSEMBLY:
Remove all parts and hardw are from the box and lay out on a clean, carp eted, or scratch-free work surfa ce, as this will avoid damaging any parts during assembly. The shipping box provides an ideal work surface. Do not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.

Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the bolts
to misalign during assembly.
If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power tools can damage hardware or split wood.

TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips head screwdriver (not included)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Position the Side rails (C) and (D) exactly as shown. (Fig 1) Attach the Wheel (P) into pre-drilled holes on
the side rails by using the 5/16" x 1" Bolt (K), Spring Washer (N), and Washer (M) Tighten with the enclosed
Spanner (Q). Repeat same process for the other 3 Wheels (Fig.1)

2. Position the Side rails with wheels (assembled in Step 1) to the Headboard (A), and insert the dowels into the
top two holes as shown. (Fig. 2) Insert (2) Barrel nuts (H) into the pre-drilled holes on one of the Side rails (C),
and then (2) 5/16" x 5-1/2" Bolts (I) through the pre-drilled holes on the Headboard (A). Tighten the connection
with the Allen key provided (R). Repeat this step with the remaining Side rail (C) at the other end of the
Headboard (A), and both sides of the Footboard (B). (Fig. 2 & 3). Note: Ensure the Barrel Nuts are positioned as
shown in the images before attempting to insert and the 5/16" x 4" Bolts (J).
