Feature Corrected Issue
H.323 iPower systems did not display the ViewStation system
name when in an iPower MCU conference. This issue has
been corrected.
ViewStation and ViewStation SP setup messages to
PathNavigator did not send an H.323 extension. This issue
has been corrected.
Interoperability
Firewalls
ViewStation systems were not sending a carriage return,
before a newline character, to firewalls. This issue has been
corrected.
Interoperability
MGC
ViewStation systems went into secondary status when
switching between an H.261 video conference and an H.263
video conference configured on the MGC. This issue has
been corrected.
ViewStation systems sometimes incorrectly displayed a
"Join to conference" message when an MGC conference
was ended. This issue has been corrected.
ISDN, BRI A ViewStation SP384 might reboot repeatedly when the
ISDN protocol was changed from 5ESS to ETSI or vice
versa. This issue has been corrected.
UI The system went to sleep while on the near screen, or when

a POTS call, even when the user did not want this behavior.
You can now prevent this behavior if you FTP a file named
sleeponnear.dat with the word No in it.

a gatekeeper for gateway calls, the default selection on the
dialer screen was IP. This is now (or CAN be) set to Auto for

IP address.
The Telephone link appeared on the main screen of a
ViewStation system even when Telephone was not enabled.
This issue has been corrected.
ISDN-only ViewStation systems unnecessarily prompted
users to choose between IP and ISDN when dialing. This
issue has been corrected.
When a ViewStation system was configured to call out using
ISDN only and the call failed, the system attempted to dial IP
through Global Management System. This issues has been
corrected. Failed ISDN calls no longer roll over to IP when
the secondary dialing preference is set to None.
The Menu icon on the Dialing Speeds screen linked to the
home screen instead of to the H.323 Setup screen. This
issue has been corrected.
Montserrat was misspelled in country list on the ViewStation
system UI. This issue has been corrected.
