Troubleshooting
Refer to the symptoms and solutions listed below before sending the camera for repairs.
If the problem persists, contact Polaroid customer se rvice.

The power does no t come on.

range. Make sur e the lens sett ing is in the
proper positi on.
Files cannot be d eleted.

Cancel protec tion.
Remove the writ e-protect ion.
Cannot downlo ad images. The free space on t he hard disk in
your computer m ay be insufficient.
Check whether t he hard disk ha s a space
for running Win dows, and if th e drive for
loading image f iles has a capa city at least
that of the memor y card insert ed in the
camera.
