Ajuste del auricular y carga

Ajuste el auricular

Reemplace el tapón para un mejor a juste.

1 Presio ne la almohadilla hacia adentro y gírela haci a la izquierda para

desbloquearla.

2 Alinee una nueva almohadilla en la ranura .
3 Presione la almohadita hacia ade ntro y gírela hacia la derecha para

hasta que encaje en su lugar.

Para llevar el auricular en el otr o oído, rote el brazo hacia arriba y luego
gírelo alrededor, así la almohadita es tará en el otro lado antes de bajar
el brazo.

Emparejar teléfono celular
y llamada

Empareje su teléfono celular

1 Encienda su auricular y luego seleccione:

"emparejamiento.”

Smart Sensors

Uso de los sensores

Smart Sensors reacciona n cuando se pone o se quita los auricular es.
Al colocarse el auricular podrá:

• Contestar una llamada entrante

• Transferir una llamada activa desd e su teléfono (Disponible sólo con su
teléfono móvil)

• Reanudar la transmisión de audio
Al sacarse el auricular pod rá:

• Transferir una llamada activa hacia su aur icular (Disponible sólo con su
teléfono móvil)

• Pausar la transmisión de audio

• Bloquear el botón de Llamada par a prevenir llamadas accidentales

Probar comandos de voz

Presione el botón Voz espere que le sol icite un comando, luego
diga el comando. Por ejemplo, “¿Qué puedo de cir?” le indicará toda la
lista de comandos disponibles .

Reinicio de sensores

Podría tener que reiniciar los s ensores si estos no están funci onando
correctamente.
Con el auricular puesto, presio ne el botón de Llamada para probar los
sensores:

• La alerta de voz del tiemp o de conversación le indica que los s ensores
funcionan

• El sonido de tono significa que deb e reiniciar los sensores
Para restablecer los se nsores, cargue el auricular y colóq uelo en una
superficie lisa no-m etálica durante más de 10 segundos.

Contestar una llamada, seleccione:

• Póngase el auricular para contestar la
llamada, o

• Presione el botón de llamadas , o bien

• Diga “contestar” luego de que se anuncia la

celular)

Terminar una llamada

Presione el botón Llamada para finali-

zar la llamada actual.

Discado por voz (función del teléfono móvil)

Presione el botón de llamada durante 2

segundos, espere la indicación del teléfono,
y luego indíquele al teléfono que marque el
nombre de un contacto almacenado.

Silenciar el micrófono durante una llamada

Presione el botón de Silencio . Escuchará

la confirmación “mute on” (activación del
silencio). Una alerta se repite cada 15 minu­tos a modo de recordatorio. Vuelva a tocar
el botón de silencio para abrir el micrófono
y escuchar la confirmación “mute off”
(silencio desactivado).

Ajustar el volumen

Alterne el botón de volumen hacia arri-

ba (+) o hacia abajo (-) durante una llamada
o mientras se realiza una transferencia de
audio.

Cargar, conectar y realizar una
llamada desde el teléfono de

Carga del auricular

1 Enchufe un e xtremo del suministro eléc trico en el conector hembra en la

parte trasera de la base y e l otro extremo en la salida del tom acorriente
que está funcionando.

2 Para cargar, coloque el auricular en la base duran te 20 minutos como

mínimo.

Cómo conectar el teléfono de escritorio

Conecte los cables del telé fono de escritorio a la base.

Hacer una llamada con el teléfono de escritorio

1 Con el auri cular puesto, presione el botón de co ntrol de llamadas.

2 Levante el tubo del teléfono de escritorio.

NOTA Para la funci ón de control de llamadas remotas (disp ositivo para

3 Marque llamada de prueba desde el teléfono de escritorio.

Replace the eartip for a bet ter fit.

1 Push in ear tip and rotate to the left to unlo ck it.
2 Align new eartip into slot.
3 Push in eartip and rotate to the r ight to lock it into place.

To wear the headset on your other ear, rotate t he boom upwards then
twist it around so eart ip is on other side before lowering b oom.

Charge headset with USB cable

1 Align snap -fit magnetic areas of headset and cha rging device.
2 Attach charging device to USB wall charger or l aptop for 90 minutes.

LEDs turn off once fully charged .

Pair Mobile Phone and Call

Pair your mobile phone

1 Power on y our headset then choose:

• Tap the Voice button and say “Pair mode,” or

• Press and hold the Call but ton until you hear “Pairing.”

2 While the headset LEDs are flashing red and bl ue, activate Bluetooth® on

your phone and set it to search fo r new devices.

3 Select “PLT_Legend.”

4 If prompted by your mobile phone for a passco de enter 0000. Once

successfully paired, LEDs sto p flashing red and blue and you hear
“pairing successful.” Some ph ones may prompt you to allow access to
contacts to enable caller nam e announcement.

5 Make a test call from your mobile phone.
6 End the call by pressing the Call button . Th e call does not end when

you remove your headset.

Pair another phone

After pairing your headset to y our phone you may want to pair another
or new phone.

1 Power on y our headset then choose:

• Tap the Voice button and say “Pair mode,” or

• Press and hold the Call but ton until you hear “Pairing”

2 While the headset LEDs are flashing red and bl ue, activate Bluetooth® on

your phone and set it to search fo r new devices.

3 Select “PLT_Legend.”
4 Once successfully paired, LEDs stop flashi ng red and blue and you hear

“pairing successful.”

NOTE Some phones may prompt you to al low access to contacts to enabl e

caller name announcement.

Answering a desk phone call while on a mobile call

Tap the Call button once to end the mobile ph one call then press again
to answer your desk phone call.

NOTE Use the same procedure when answe ring a mobile call while on a

desk phone call.

Use and Reset Smart Sensors

Use sensors

Smart sensors react w hen you put on or take off your headse t.
Putting on your headset wi ll:

• Answer an incoming call

• Transfer an active call from your phon e (Available only with your mobile
phone)

• Resume streaming audio
Taking off your headset will:

• Transfer an active call to your phone han dset (Available only with your
mobile phone)

• Pause streaming audio

• Lock the Call button to prev ent accidental calls

Try voice commands

Tap the Voice button wait for command request , then say a
command. For example, “W hat can I say?” tells you the full list of
available commands.

Reset sensors

You may need to reset the sensor s if they are not working as expec ted.
Wearing the headset, tap th e Call button to test sensors :

• Talk time voice alert means sensor s are working

• A tone means sensors nee d to be reset
To reset the sensors, charg e your headset and place on a flat non­metallic surface for more th an 10 seconds.

Answer a call, choose:

• Put on the headset to answer call, or

• Tap the Call button or

• Say “answer” after call is announced.
(Available only with your mobile

End a call

Tap the Call button to end current

call.

Voice dial (mobile phone feature)

Press the Call button for 2

seconds, wait for phone prompt and

then tell the phone to dial the name
of a stored contact.

Mute the microphone during a call

Tap the Mute button . You will hear

“mute on” confirmation. An alert re­peats every 15 minutes as a reminder.
Tap the Mute button again to open
the microphone and hear “mute off”
confirmation.

Adjust the volume

Toggle the Volume button up (+)

or down (–) during a call or while
streaming audio.

Charge, Connect, and Call from
Desk Phone

Charge your headset

1 Plug one en d of power supply into power jack on back of t he base and

other end into working power outlet.

2 To charge, dock headset in base for minimum of 20 minutes .

Connect desk phone

Connect cables from desk ph one to base.

Make desk phone call

1 While wea ring headset, press Call but ton.

2 Remove the desk phone handset.

NOTE For remote call control capabilit y (HL10 lifter or EHS cable), see

3 Dial test call from desk phone.
4 End call by pressing headset Call butto n and hang up the handset.

Troubleshooting Tip: If you do not hear a di al tone, adjust the slide

Les Smart Sensors s'act ivent quand vous mettez ou enle vez le micro­casque.
Mettez votre micro-casque pour:

• Répondre à un appel

• Transférer un appel actif de votre téléphone (possible seulement avec
votre téléphone cellulaire)

• Reprendre une lecture audio
Enlevez votre micro-c asque pour:

• Transférer un appel actif sur votre combiné téléphonique (possible
seulement avec votre téléphone cellulaire)

• Mettre une lecture audi o sur pause

• Verrouiller le bouton de gestion des appels pour éviter les appels
accidentels

Essayez les commandes vocales

Appuyez sur le bouton de command e vocale , attendez la demande
de la commande, puis formulez vot re commande. Par exemple, «What
can I say?» (Que puis-je dire?) vous fournit une lis te des commandes
possibles.

Réinitialisation des capteurs

Il se peut que vous deviez réinitialiser les capteurs s'ils ne

Pour répondre à un appel, vous pouvez:

• Mettre le micro-casque pour répondre à un
appel, ou

• Appuyer sur le bouton de gestion des

• Dire «Answer» (Répondre) après l'annonce

Mettre fin à un appel

Mode discrétion durant un appel

Appuyez sur le bouton de discrétion . Un

message vous confirmera l'activation du
mode de discrétion. Une alarme vous le
rappelle toutes les 15minutes. Appuyez de
nouveau sur le bouton de discrétion pour
ouvrir le micro et entendre le message
vous confirmant la désactivation du mode
discrétion.

Régler le volume

Appuyez sur les boutons de volume plus

(+) ou moins (–) durant un appel ou lors
d'une lecture audio.

bureau pour charger, connecter

et appeler

Recharge du micro-casque

1 Branch ez une extrémité du cordon d'alime ntation dans la prise en

arrière de la base et l'autre dan s une prise de courant fonctionne lle.

2 Pour recharger le micro-casqu e, connectez-le à la base pendant a u

moins 20minutes.

Connexion au téléphone de bureau

Connectez les câbles du tél éphone de bureau à la base.

Passage d'un appel sur le téléphone de bureau

1 Mett ez le micro-casque, puis appuy ez sur le bouton de gestion des

appels.

2 Décrochez le combiné du téléphone d e bureau.

REMARQUE: Pour la fonction de contrôle des a ppels à distance

(décrocheurHL10ou câble de commutate ur électronique), voir plantronics.

com/accessories.

3 Procédez à un appel d'essai à par tir du téléphone de bureau.
4 Terminez l'appel en appuyant sur le bouton de ge stion des appels du

micro-casque et raccro chez le combiné.
Conseil de dépannage: si vous n'enten dez pas la tonalité, changez la
position du bouton coulissa nt (A–G) jusqu'à ce que vous l'ent endiez. La
configuration par défaut A fonc tionne avec la majorité des télé phones
de bureau.
