Setting Up the Phone

Attach one end of the coiled phone cord (A) to the handset phone jack, identified by a handset icon, at the back of the phone. Attach the other end of the phone cord to the handset (B). Connect the USB cable from the phone (C) to the PC that is running Office Communicator 2007 R2.

Placing a Call

Using Microsoft Office Communicator

Select the desired number from the contact list and click the handset icon to the right of the contact’s name.

Using the Key Pad

Pick up the phone handset and dial the desired number followed by the “#” key from the keypad.

Answering a Call

Ending a Call

Return the handset to the cradle.

Muting the Microphone

Press the mute key. The display button will light to indicate the microphone is muted. Press the mute key again to unmute the microphone.

Installation af telefonen

Tilslut den ene ende af telefonens spiralledning (A) til håndsættets telefonstik, der findes vha. et håndsætikon på bagsiden af telefonen. Tilslut den anden ende af telefonledningen til håndsættet (B).

Afbrydelse af mikrofonen

Tryk på knappen Lydløs. Display-knappen lyser for at indikere, at mikrofonen er afbrudt. Tryk på knappen Lydløs igen for at aktivere mikrofonen igen.

Einrichten des Telefons

Stecken Sie das eine Ende des spiralförmigen Telefonkabels (A) in die Hörerbuchse (erkennbar am Hörer-Symbol) an der Rückseite des Telefons ein. Microsoft Office Communicator verwenden

Instalación del teléfono

Realización de una llamada

Uso de Microsoft Office Communicator	es

Seleccione el número deseado de la lista de contactos y haga clic sobre el icono del auricular que aparece a la derecha del nombre de la persona a la que desea llamar.

Uso del teclado

Descuelgue el auricular y marque el número deseado seguido de la tecla “#”.

Respuesta a una llamada

Descuelgue el auricular de la horquilla.

Finalización de una llamada

Vuelva a colocar el auricular en la horquilla.

Activación de la función Mute del micrófono

Pulse la tecla Mute. El botón de pantalla se iluminará para indicar que el micrófono está en modo Muted. Para activar el micrófono, pulse de nuevo la tecla Mute.
