CONSTRUCTION

n Filter pan and pump assembly enclosure are

constructed of polished stainless steel.

n All other surfaces are nickel plated finish.
n Welded steel frame mounted on four ball-bearing

swivel casters for easy movement.

n 1/3 HP Heavy duty motor and pump assembly.
n Large filter area for large fryer filtering.
n Automatic internal heating system to clear the pump

and soften shortening in filter lines.

SHORT FORM SPECIFICATION

Provide Pitco UFM (Spacefighter) filter system. Unit shall have an integrated piped filtration
system located underneath the fryer(s). Filter assembly shall utilize envelope type filter paper
with 500 square inches (3,226 cm) of filter area. Filter shall be provided with stainless steel lid
and mounted on casters for easy removal. Filter shall have an automatic heater system to
soften solidified shortening in the filter lines. Filter assembly shall use quick disconnect fittings
for easy removal from fryer. Filter pan shall be a lift-out design for quick removal and thorough
cleaning. Provide accessories as follows:
