SUBJECT: Physio-Control Battery Support Systems
Referencing AF Quality Assurance Message #0313-0006 located at https://afml.ftdetrick.af.mil/AFMLO/qa/qainx.cfm, the Air Force Medical Logistics Office (AFMLO)
is providing the enclosed set of screws with detailed instructions for your use. Specific
instructions for the modification are attached. Additionally, you can find the instructions
posted on the AFMLO Healthcare Technology Management website at https://afml.ftdetrick.af.mil/afmlo/fom-e/index.htm. The number of screw packages you received was
based on input you provided this office. If you need additional packages or replacement
screws for the terminal block of the units already modified please contact TSgt Walker at
DSN 343-4039 or stephen.walker@ft-detrick.af.mil.
AFMLO is requiring that all modifications be accomplished by 31 October 2001.
In order for us to provide adequate information to AMC we are requiring that the Tech
Notes be updated to include the following text:
“BSS MOD PERFORMED <Enter the Date Accomplished>”
AF Form 4033 (PMI AE Certification Label) must be placed on the equipment and
the comments area must also include the aforementioned text.
