The Tape Manager is the easiest way to manage your video tape collection.
Each time you make a recording on a cassette,the VCR will store the date,
starting time and channel in the VCR’s memory.Tape Manager offers you
the possibility to add or remove cassettes from the system and to easily
find or edit the titles.

With Crystal Clear Video, Philips has created the perfect combination of
technologies to guarantee the best possible picture quality:
• Digital Studio Picture Control: Optimises the picture rendition regardless
of the quality of tape used.
• Studio Tracking System: It improves the tracking accuracy and reduces
the noise caused by adjacent tracks.
• Natural Colour:Removes any kind of noise from the colour in the
picture.
• 19-micron heads: Guarantees low noise and stable pictures.

Turbo Drive is not only a synonym for winding and rewinding at very high
speed.It also stands for other high performance Deck features.The built-in
Head Cleaner removes dirt from the video heads each time you put in a
cassette.The new Dirty Head Warning feature will display a message on
the TV screen whenever it is recommended to use a cleaning tape to
overcome severe dirt coating.In addition there’s a Tape Position Indicator,
which shows on your TV screen the progress of winding and rewinding of
the tape in real time.
