◗ With your new Satinxice you can remove

unwanted hairs quickly, easily and effectively.
The combination of the proven epilating disc
system with the newly developed skin cooler
constitutes a revolution in epilation.Thanks to
the natural numbing effect of ice on the skin,
the new Satinxice makes epilation more
comfortable and less painful than ever.

◗ The Satinxice is particularly suitable for the

legs.The rapidly rotating epilating discs catch
even the shortest hairs (0.5 millimetres!) and
pull them out by the roots.The hairs that
grow back are soft and downy. So no stubble!

Important

◗ Check if the mains voltage indicated on the

appliance corresponds to your local mains
voltage before you connect the appliance.

◗ Make sure the appliance does not come into

contact with water.

◗ Keep the appliance out of the reach of

children.

◗ To prevent damage and injuries,keep the

Epilation in general

After epilating with the Satinxice, your skin will
stay smooth and hair-free for weeks.As some
women may develop skin irritation and ingrown
hairs, we recommend that you read the text
below carefully.

- Do not use the appliance when the skin to be
epilated is irritated or when you have varicose
veins,pimples,moles (with hairs) or scratches
without consulting your doctor first.When you
have a reduced immune response,e.g.during
pregnancy or if you are suffering from diabetes
mellitus,haemophilia or immunodeficiency, you
might be more susceptible. If any problems
should occur, please contact your doctor as
well.

- Because the appliance pulls the hairs out by the
roots,the skin may be slightly sensitive or
become somewhat red and irritated.This
phenomenon is absolutely normal (especially
when you have just started using the appliance)
and will quickly disappear.As you use the
appliance more often,the skin irritation will
decrease. Moreover, the hairs that grow back
after epilation gradually become softer and
easier to remove.If,however, your skin irritation
has not disappeared within three days,you are
advised to consult your doctor.

- When you epilate for the first time, we advise
you to try the appliance out on an area with
relatively little hair growth.In this way you can
get accustomed to this epilating method.

- Type HP6434/PB only:This appliance has been

extensively tested on the underarm and bikini­line areas.Some women may develop skin
irritation when they use this appliance to
epilate these parts of their body for the first
time.We advise you to try the appliance out on
a small patch of skin first.

- Regular cleaning and proper maintenance are
essential to guarantee the best results and to
prolong the life of the appliance.

Tips

- Regular massages with a loofah ( types
HP6433/PB, HP6434/PB, HP6435/PB only)may
help prevent ingrown hairs.When the skin
surface is carefully scrubbed with a loofah, fine
hairs will continue to grow without a problem.
Do not scrub immediately before or after
epilating.

- Applying a mild cream or body milk after
epilation will help to reduce any skin irritation
that may develop.

- Hairs are easier to remove after you have taken
a bath or a shower. Make sure your skin is
completely dry when you start to epilate.

- We advise you to epilate in the evening, as this
will allow any skin irritation that may develop to
disappear during the night.

Freezing the skin cooler

1 Remove the protective sleeve from the

skin cooler.

2 Put the skin cooler without the protective

sleeve in the freezer cassette and put it in
the freezer or freezing compartment (***)
for at least 6 hours before you start
epilating.

Make sure the outside of the skin cooler is
completely dry before you freeze it.

◗ Tip:You can store the skin cooler in the

freezer permanently.

Epilating the legs

Make sure your skin is clean and free of grease
and cream.Do not use cream right before you
start epilating.

1 Slide the frozen skin cooler into the

protective sleeve.

2 Snap the skin cooler onto the appliance.
3 Put the plug in the wall socket.

4 Switch the appliance on by selecting the

desired speed.

Speed I:for areas with little hair growth and/or
with bones directly beneath the skin (such as
knees and ankles).
Speed II:for larger areas and/or areas with a
stronger hair growth.

5 Stretch your skin with your free hand to

make the hairs stand upright.

C

6 Place the appliance on the skin at right

angles,with the cord pointing towards you,
and move it against the direction of hair
growth.

Make sure both the epilating discs and the skin
cooler touch your skin.
Do not press the appliance onto the skin.

7 Be sure to stretch your leg when you

epilate the back of your knee.

8 Switch the appliance off by setting the

speed selector to position O.

Armpits and bikini line

Epilating (types HP6434/PB,HP6437/PB,
HP6438/PB only)

The precision cap reduces the number of
epilating discs that are active and stretches the
skin during epilating. It is particularly suitable when
epilating the underarm and bikini-line areas.You
will get the best results when the hairs are not
too long (max.1 cm long).

1 Switch the appliance off.

2 Place the precision cap on the appliance.

The precision cap only fits onto the appliance in
one way.

3 Snap the skin cooler in its protective

sleeve onto the appliance.

C

4 Switch the appliance on by selecting the

desired speed.

We advise you to use speed II.

5 Stretch the skin with your free hand and

place the appliance on the skin at right
angles.

Make sure both the epilating discs and the skin
cooler touch your skin.

6 Move the appliance slowly across the skin

against the direction of hair growth.

Shaving (types HP6435/PB,HP6436/PB,
HP6438/PB only)

You can use the shaving head to shave sensitive
parts of the body such as the armpits and the
bikini line.With the shaving head you will obtain a
smooth result in a comfortable and gentle way.
You don't have to use the skin cooler for this
operation.

1 Switch the appliance off.

2 Remove the epilating head.

Press the ribbed sections and slide the epilating
head off the appliance in the direction of the
arrow.

3 Snap the shaving head onto the appliance

by pushing it against the direction of the
arrow ('Click').

The shaving head can only be mounted on the
appliance in one way.

4 Switch the appliance on by selecting the

desired speed.

We advise you to use speed I.

5 Place the trimmer and the shaving foil on

your skin and move the appliance slowly
against the direction of hair growth while
pressing it lightly.

Exfoliating (types HP6437/PB and
HP6438/PB only)

Use the exfoliating head only on your legs,not on
your armpits or bikini line.

1 Make sure the appliance is switched off.

2 Remove the epilating head,press the

ribbed section and slide the exfoliating
head off the appliance in the direction of
the arrow.

3 Remove the skin cooler.

4 Slide the exfoliating head onto the

appliance.It only fits onto the appliance in
one way.

5 Switch the appliance on.

Choose speed I or II,depending on the required
exfoliating strength.We recommend exfoliating
each leg for 1-3 minutes.

- To obtain a good skin appearance,use the
exfoliating head once or twice a week.

- Don't use any cream,foam,gel or lotion just
before or during the exfoliation.

- Don't use the exfoliating head within two days
after epilation.

- For hygienic reasons,the exfoliating head
should only be used by one person.

- We advise you to exfoliate before going to bed
at night.Any skin irritation that may develop will
diminish overnight.

Cleaning the appliance

Do not use any corrosive detergents, scouring
pads or cloths,petrol,acetone etc. to clean the

Maintenance and replacement

Types HP6435/PB,HP6436/PB only:shaving
head

- Rub a drop of sewing machine oil onto the
trimmer as well as the shaving foil twice a year.

- Replace the shaving foil (type HP 6106) and the
cutter block (type HP 2911) every 1 or 2 years
when you use the appliance one or two times a
week (or more often) and replace them when
they are damaged.

◗ Depilator Satinxice jest przeznaczony przede

wszystkim do depilacji nóg. Szybko obracające
się pincetki wychwytują nawet najkrótsze

Dzięki depilacji Satinxice, skóra pozostanie gładka i
pozbawiona włosków przez wiele tygodni. U
niektórych osób mogą jednak wystąpić
podrażnienia skóry lub wrastanie włosków,
dlatego zalecamy uważne przeczytanie poniższych
uwag.

- Nie używaj depilatora bez uprzedniej
konsultacji z lekarzem, jeśli skóra jest
podrażniona lub jeśli masz żylaki, krostki, narośla
(z włoskami) lub zadrapania. Jeśli masz
zmiejszoną odporność immunologiczną, np.
podczas ciąży lub jeśli cierpisz na cukrzycę,
hemofilię lub brak odporności, powinnaś
bardziej uważać.W razie jakichkolwiek
problemów skontaktuj się z lekarzem.

- Ze względu na fakt, że depilator wyrywa włoski
wraz z cebulkami, skóra może być odrobinę

mogą wystąpić podrażnienia skóry wskutek
depilacji tych miejsc po raz pierwszy.Radzimy
wypróbować urządzenie na małym odcinku
skóry.

- Regularne czyszczenie i właściwa konserwacja
gwarantują najlepsze rezultaty i długotrwałe
użytkowanie urządzenia.

Porady

- Regularne masowanie gąbką ekologiczną
zapobiega wrastaniu włosków pod skórę ( tylko
typ HP6433/PB, HP6434/PB, HP6435/PB). Jeśli
powierzchnia skóry będzie regularnie
masowana gąbką, drobne włoski odrosną bez
żadnych komplikacji. Nie należy jednak
szorować skóry gąbką bezpośrednio przed lub
po depilacji.

- Zastosowanie specjalnego, delikatnego kremu
lub balsamu po depilacji pomoże złagodzić
ewentualne podrażnienia.

- Włoski będą łatwiejsze do usunięcia, jeśli przed
depilacją weźmiesz kąpiel lub prysznic. Przed
przystąpieniem do depilacji, dokładnie osusz
skórę.

- Zaleca się depilowanie skóry wieczorem, dzięki
temu wszelkie podrażnienia znikną w ciągu
nocy.

(typ HP2911) raz na rok lub dwa lata, jeśli

◗ Satinxice este potrivit mai ales pentru epilarea

picioarelor. Discurile rotative rapide prind şi

Epilarea în general

După epilarea cu Satinxice, pielea dumneavoastră
va rămâne netedă, fără păr, timp de câteva
săptămâni. Întrucât unele femei se pot irita pe
suprafaţa pielii sau firele de păr pot creşte sub
piele, vă recomandăm să citiţi cu atenţie textul
următor.

- Nu folosiţi aparatul dacă suprafaţa pielii unde
doriţi să vă epilaţi este iritată sau dacă aveţi
varice, aluniţe, aluniţe cu păr sau cicatrici, fără a
consulta în prealabil medicul personal. Acelaşi
lucru este valabil şi pentru persoanele cu
imunitate scăzută, de ex. în cazul femeilor
gravide sau când suferiţi de diabet, hemofilie,
imunodeficienţă. În cazul apariţiei unor
probleme, vă rugăm să consultaţi medicul.

- Deoarece aparatul smulge firele din rădăcină,
pielea poate deveni uşor sensibilă sau se poate
înroşi sau irita. Acest fenomen este absolut
normal (mai ales când folosiţi aparatul pentru
prima oară) şi va dispărea repede. Cu cât
folosiţi aparatul mai des, pielea se va irita din ce
în ce mai puţin. În plus, firele de păr ce cresc
ulterior devin mai fine şi mai uşor de smuls.
Dacă, totuşi, iritarea pielii nu dispare în trei zile,
vă recomandăm să consultaţi medicul.

- Când vă epilaţi prima dată, vă sfătuim să
începeţi cu o zonă cu mai puţin păr pentru a vă
acomoda cu această metodă de epilare.

- Doar modelul HP6434: acest aparat a fost
testat şi în zona axilară şi inghinală. Unele femei
se pot irita în aceste zone când folosesc
aparatul pentru prima dată.Vă sfătuim să
încercaţi aparatul mai întâi pe o porţiune mică.

- Curăţarea regulată şi întreţinerea
corespunzătoare a aparatului garantează cele
mai bune rezultate şi o funcţionare îndelungată.

Sugestii

- Pentru prevenirea creşterii firelor de păr sub
piele masaţi-vă pielea în mod regulat cu o loofa
( doar modelul HP6433/PB, HP6434/PB,
HP6435/PB). Dacă suprafaţa pielii este masată
cu o loofa, firele fine de păr vor continua să
crească fără probleme. Nu vă masaţi pielea
înainte sau imediat după epilare.

- Dacă aplicaţi o cremă uşoară sau un lapte de
corp după epilare, pielea nu se va mai irita
foarte tare.

- Firele de păr pot fi smulse mai uşor dacă faceţi
un duş înainte. Când începeţi să vă epilaţi, pielea
trebuie să fie uscată.

- Vă sfătuim să vă epilaţi seara, pentru a lăsa timp
iritaţiei care ar putea apărea să dispară în timpul
nopţii.

Congelarea dispozitivului de răcire a pielii

1 Scoateţi manşonul protector de pe

dispozitivul de răcire.

2 Puneţi dispozitivul de răcire fără manşonul

protector în caseta de congelare, şi
introduceţi caseta în frigider sau
congelator(***) cu cel puţin două ore
înainte de a începe să vă epilaţi.

Asiguraţi-vă că partea exterioară a dispozitivului
de răcire este uscată înainte de a-l congela.

◗ Sugestie: puteţi ţine permanent dipozitivul de

răcire în frigider.

Epilarea picioarelor

Pielea trebuie să fie curată şi fără cremă. Nu
folosiţi creme înainte de a începe epilarea.
