Voltage ::100V
110-127V
: 220-240V
Frequency : 50 / 60 Hz
Power consumption : 100V / 1200W
110-127V / 1100-1470W
220-240V / 1650-1960W
Steam output : Max. 20 ± 3g / min
Shot of steam : Max. 0.4 ± 0.1g / stroke
Soleplate temperature :
215ºC ± 25ºC
Vertical steam :
When the iron is kept in vertical position, the S.O.S.
button can be used to iron hanging fabrics.
Self clean function :
When the self-clean button is being pressed, a sudden
flow of water is released from the tank into the
soleplate. This thermal shock will cause water scale
particles come loose from the steam chamber. These
particles are then flushed out through the steam vents
by the water.
Anti drip :
Water is only released through the tank value into
the steam chamber if the soleplate temperature is
high enough to evaporate all water. If the temperature
is not hot enough, the tank value is closed by means
of bi-metal disc and water bellow.
Auto shut off :
A relay in the electronic module interrupts the power
to the heating element when the iron has been
motionless:
- for 30 seconds in a horizontal position.
- for 8 minutes in a vertical position
For the 220-240V version, a sound signal will be heard
when the iron is being moved again and automatically
be switched on again.
Note: When the iron is plugged in and in a horizontal
position, it will not be switched off during the first 2
minutes to ensure that the iron is heated up properly.
