Vertical steam :

When the iron is kept in vertical position, the S.O.S.
button can be used to iron hanging fabrics.

Self clean function :

When the self-clean button is push, a sudden flow of
water is released from the tank into the soleplate.
This thermal shock will cause water scale particles
come loose from the steam chamber. These particles
are then flushed out through the steam vents by the
water.

Anti drip :

Water is only released through the tank value into
the steam chamber if the soleplate temperature is
high enough to evaporate all water. If the temperature
is not hot enough, the tank value is closed by means
of bi-metal disc and water bellow.

REPLACING DOSING UNIT

When replacing the dosingunit 9, use atool to fit therubber
seal 101 into the tank before inserting the dosing unit.
