The Philips Café Gourmet coffee maker has a unique brewing technology that maximizes every part of the brewing process, for hot and full-flavored coffee.

-- The boil & brew system first boils the water before it flows through the ground coffee, resulting in hot and full-flavored coffee.

-- Thanks to the brewing temperature of 93° C, precisely the right flavors and aromas are extracted from the coffee grounds.

-- The aroma twister inside the jug circulates the coffee through the jug for a consistent aroma, from the first to the last cup.

Enjoy the ritual of brewing perfect filter coffee with your Café Gourmet!
