officially laid down at this moment.

ASSEMBLY & DISASSEMBLY ADVICE
- To reach the components in the steamguide, the switch
lever has to be pulled out with a little bit of force.
- The best way to do that without damaging the switch lever
is to use a pair of tongs with a soft rubber surface or to tape
the switch lever.
REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
- De-scaling
Fill the kettle with water up to three-quarters of the
maximum level indication and press the on/off switch.
After the kettle has switched itself off, add white vinegar
(8% acetic acid) or an appropriate descaler up to the
maximum level indication.
Leave the solution in the kettle overnight.
Empty the kettle and rinse the inside thoroughly.
Repeat this procedure if there is still some scale left in the
kettle.
- Cleaning filter
The triple-action fi lter can be cleaned as follows:
• Remove the basket from the filter by sliding it.
• Take the stainless steel mesh out of the basket and clean it
by squeezing and rotating it under a running tap.
