Ringtone download
This function offers the possibility to
personalize your phone by downloading
ringtones. Simply call the dedicated service
provider and select your favourite song. An
SMS is sent to you, together with the attached
melody. You can select this melody as any
other ringtones (country and network
dependent).
Eatoni text editor
Eatoni's LetterWise is an easy-to-use textentry solution requiring just 1.16 taps per
correct letter. It makes typing on phone
keypads as comfortable, fast, and accurate as
using a typewriter keyboard. It is unique among
predictive text entry solutions in its ability to
easily handle the entry of abbreviations, names,
addresses, and URLs.
Downloadable outgoing messages
This function gives the user the possibility to
download specific outgoing messages for their
answering machine. Simply call the dedicated
service provider and select your favourite
outgoing message. This message will be
recorded on the answering machine by the
service provider (country and network
dependent).
Text messaging (SMS)
The Short Message Service (SMS) is a
mechanism for delivery of short messages
which can have up to 160 characters of text.
These 160 characters are plain text in nature
and can be comprised of words, numbers or an
alphanumeric combination. The
Eatoni®LetterWise predictive text editor
helps you to write text messages more quickly.
With its unique SMS system you can receive up
to 200 messages in 10 different mailboxes.
Greeting to a loved one, a quick reminder
about an important meeting, …all this can now
be put in a SMS and sent over the fixed
network.
Full graphic display
This type of displays makes it easier to use
your phone, thanks to the good quality and
legibility of the characters. It also gives you
more freedom in communication from your
home. Now you can combine text with images
or numbers, when sending an SMS for example.
Backlight on screen
Backlighting is a feature that illuminates the
LCD screen or keypad for use in the dark. The
two most common types of backlighting
include LED and electroluminescent (EL).
Remotes backlit with LEDs are typically bright
but uneven with a yellow or green color, while
EL panels are smooth with blue, white or green
shades.
Polyphonic ringtones
A polyphonic ringtone means that the phone
can play many tones simultaneously, so that an
accurate musical performance is possible, and
when played through the phone's speaker
these polyphonic ringtones sound like real
music.
Base and handset TAM control
Just look at the base station to know instanttly
whether you received messages. Listening or
deleting messages then become as simple as
pressing one key on the base station - for those
who never remember where they left their
handset.

accidently pressed. To prevent inadvertently
calling your cousin in the US, the keypad lock
is a safe way to avoid bad surprises on your

Pilot key & carousel menu
The pilot key navigation system allows easy
navigation and settings. The pilot key is a roller
on the left side of the phone that can be
scrolled up and down and pressed in the
middle. It commands the Carousel menu which
is a circular loop of menu icons displayed on
the screen.
Do-not-disturb function
Tired of your children’s friends calling just
when you’re about to serve dinner? The “Donot-Disturb” function lets you screen
unwanted calls and mute the ringer when you
do not wish to be disturbed, but keeps the line
open to the family.
