HDTV

HDTV delivers exceptional picture quality and real
movie-viewing experience that makes television more
dynamic, truer than anything you've seen before. It is
the latest an d be st t ele visio n signal available. It features
picture quality more than twice that of traditional
analog broadcasts. In order to effectively maximize the
HDTV signal, a television must incorporate advanced
signal input connectivity and circuitry design. To use
HDTV the TV must be connected via its Component
Video, DVI or HDMI inputs to a DTV set-top box and
set to operate in the DTV mode.

Pixel Plus 3 HD

Pixel Plus 3 HD offers the unique combination of
ultimate sharpness, natural detail, vivid colors and
smooth natural motion on all qualities of HD, standard
TV signals and multimedia content, for high definition
displays. Each pixel of the incoming picture is enhanced
to better match the surrounding pixels, resulting in a
more natural picture. Artifacts and noise in all sources
from multimedia to standard TV and also in highly
compressed HD are detected and reduced ensuring
that the picture is clean and razor sharp.

HDMI input

HDMI makes an uncompressed digital RGB connection
fr om the sourc e to the scree n. By eliminating conversion
to an analog signal, it delivers an unblemished image.
The non-degraded signal reduces flicker and leads to a
clearer picture. HDMI intelligently communicates the
highest output resolution with the source device. The
HDMI input is fully backward compatible with DVI
sources but includes digital audio. HDMI uses HDCP
copy protection.
