Full Active Control
Active Control automatically analyses, 50 times per second, the incoming signal and adjusts the key picture settings on Sharpness, Digital Noise Reduction, Color, Contrast and Picture Format.The ambient light sensor adjusts the settings according to the viewing conditions in the room.Active Control thus offers the best possible picture settings any time, any source.
Compass GUI
The new Compass graphical user interface provides for easy and intuitive operation and installation through a dynamic display. Full control of all functions through clear­ly layered menus. Built in help function also provided.
Cinemalink
Philips Cinemalink allows for plug-and-play installation and easy operation via one Remote Control of a fully integrated Home Cinema system set up of video and audio components. Control of all components is done using the TV Remote Control and the TV screen menu. When you activate a peripheral e.g. DVD player , the TV automatically switches to DVD mode and the correct sound mode present eg Dolby Digital , is automatically activated in the AV Receiver.
