quality Digital TV. HDTV’s pict ure and sound quality
are many times better than today’s an alog TV’s.
High Definition Televisions also display S tandard
Definition -SD- or En hanced Definiti on -ED.

When buying a High D efinition TV, you must
get HD programming to g et a HD picture .
The picture quality o f a HDTV witho ut a HD
source is just ordinar y TV.

HDTV Programming – th e best way to g et the full

HD movie theater expe rience in you r home.
(Additional equipmen t and subscr iption fees may
apply.) You’ll have a variety of dedicated HD
channels to choose f rom.

You have 3 options to receive HD programmi ng.

1. Digital Satellite HDTV programming

To receive HD programming via satellite , you need
an HD satellite rece iver and satel lite dish.
Contact your Satellit e TV provider f or more
information on HDTV service.

2. Cable

Subscribe to HDTV p rogramming t hrough your loc al
cable company. You will need a HDTV c able box
from them. The cable provi der may instal l the cable
and cable box for you. They request cer tain fees and
installation require ments.
Please call your cable company for mo re informatio n.

3. Free Over-the-Air (OTA) broadcast dig ital HDTV
programming

This Integrated HDT V has the dig ital tuner buil t into
the TV set. It does not need a separ ate set-top box
to receive free Over-the- Air digital TV signals (ATSC),
since you can receive HD signals vi a antenna.

in step 2 to gain space between the V ESA
