Price Pﬁ ster provides the following Warranties for its vitreous china (sanitary ware) plumbing products related to material and workmanship and the ﬂ ushing mechanism. Proof of Purchase may be required in order to obtain any of the beneﬁ ts set forth below. Limited Warranties: Price Pﬁ ster warrants to the original purchaser that for 10 years from the date of purchase Price Pﬁ ster vitreous china (sani- tary ware) plumbing products (the “Product”) will be free of all defects in material and workmanship that would impair the intended and proper use of the Product. Price Pﬁ ster further warrants the proper function of the ﬂ ushing mechanism for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase of the Product. Exclusive Remedy: In the event of any defect in the Product that breaches the foregoing warranties, Price Pﬁ ster, at its option, will repair or replace the defective part of the Product. Repair or replacement of the Product is the exclusive remedy. For any remedy under this warranty, Price Pﬁ ster is to be notiﬁ ed de- scribing the problem. In order to notify Price Pﬁ ster and receive as- sistance or service under this warranty, for United States customers, the original purchaser may: (1) call 1-800-Pfaucet (1-800-732-8238) for a consumer service representative who can assist you, or (2) write consumer service department c/o Price Pﬁ ster Inc., 13500 Paxton Street, PO Box 4518, Pacoima, CA 91333-4518 and include a description of the problem, model number, your name, address, phone number and approximate date of purchase, or (3) email Price Pﬁ ster’s customer ser- vice department by going to www.PricePﬁ ster.com, or (4) notify the loca- tion or distributor from which the Product was purchased. In any case, you may be required to return the Product to Price Pﬁ ster for inspection and proof of purchase may be required.

2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY

Locate main water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are usually found near the water meter. If you are replacing an existing toilet, remove the old toilet and wax ring from the ﬂ oor and clean the ﬂ oor surface thoroughly.

5 OUTLET CONNECTOR PREPARATION

Verify Waste Outlet Hole is either 12” (305 mm) (5A) or 16” (405 mm) (5B) from the ﬁ nished wall (5C). Toilet Mounting Dimensions are 10.04” X 22.78” (255 X 579 mm). A. Outlet Connec tor (5 D) come s asse mble d to ac com modat e a 12” (305 m m) Outlet Hole (5A). B. To accom modate a 16” (405 m m) Outlet Hole (5 B), remove Mounti ng Plate (5E) from the bot t om of Outlet Connector (5D) by removing Mountin g S crews (5F). Rotate Mounting Plate (5E) 180º and replace onto Outlet Connector (5D). Secure by screwing Mounting Screws (5F) as shown.

7 OUTLET CONNECTOR INSTALLATION

A. Place Wax Seal (7A) ﬁ rmly into groove on the base of Outlet Connector (7B) as shown. B. Place Outlet Connector (7B) onto Waste Outlet Hole (7C) with Tee Bolts (7D) passing

through Fi xing Hole s (7E). Place Wash ers (7F) an d Nuts (7G) into Tee Bolts (7D). Secure Outlet Connector (7B) by tightening Nuts (7G). C. Optional: For additional support, ma rk and dril l a set of Mounting Holes (7H & 7J). Install Sc rews, Washer s and Ancho rs (7K) i nto Holes ( 7H) and instal l Anchor s (7L) into Holes (7J).

8 TOILET BOWL INSTALLATION

Carefully set Toilet Bowl (8A) over Outlet Connector (8B) aligning the Bowl Outlet Hole (8C) with Outlet Connector Hole (8D). Place Washers (8E), Plastic Washer (8F) and Screw (8G) into Hole (8H) located on the base of Toilet Bowl. Secure by Tightening Screw (8G) until Toilet Bowl (8A) adheres to the bracket inside ﬁ xture. Place Decorative Cap (8J) over Plastic Washer (8F) as shown.

9 WATER SUPPLY VALVE INSTALLATION

A. Remove Sleeve (9A) and Cover Nut (9B) from Supply Valve (9C). B. Slide Flang e (9D) throug h Wat e r Supply Pip e (9E) until it is tight to the wall. Inse rt

Supply Valve (9 C) into Water Su pply Pip e (9E) u ntil th e end of Pip e sits ﬂ ush inside Supply Valve (9C).

11 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION

Connect S h o rt Hose N u t (11A) onto Water Supply Valve (11B). Turn on Water Supply Valve (11B) by turning Handle (11C) counterclockwise.

12 UNIT START UP

Turn on Main Water Supply Valve and check for leaks.

13 FLUSHING

Press Flush Button (13A) to activate ﬂ ushing mechanism. Flushing Button (13A) comes with Full Flush (13B) and Reduced Flu sh (13C). Check for leaks above and below the toilet.

10 TANK INSTALLATION

The tank c omes pre -inst alled wit h ﬂ ushing mechanism. (Some adjustme nts may be necessary). Attach Large Hose Nut (10A) to Fill Valve Shank (10B) located on bottom

of Tank (10C). Insert Rubber Gasket (10D) into Water Inlet Hole (10E) on top of Bowl Shelf (10F). Place Tank (10C) on top of Bowl S h e lf (10F) a nd a l i gn B r a s s B o l t s (10G) and insert Hose (10H) through corresponding Shelf Holes (10J). From underneath bowl, screw Locking Nut (10K) onto Brass Bolts (10G) and tighten. Do not over tighten! Carefully place Tank Cover (10L) over Tank (10C) to rest on Bowl Shelf (10F) securely.

14 SECURING TOILET BOWL

Secure Toilet Bowl (14A) to the ﬂ oor surface by placing a bead of sealant around Toilet Bowl Base (14B). (Sea lant not i nclud ed ). Please follow manufacturer’s instructions when using sealant.

15 TOILET SEAT COVER INSTALLATION

A. Inser t Ancho rs (15A) into Rim Holes (15B). Inser t Hinges (15C) into Seat Ho les (15D) as shown. B. Place Rubber Washer (15E) and Hinges (15C) over Rim Holes (15B). Insert Fasteners (15F) through Hinge Holes and screw loosely into Anchors (15A). C. Adjust Seat (15H) to Toilet Bowl (15J). Secure Seat (15H) by tightening Fasteners (15F).

D. Temporarily remove Seat (15H) by pressing Inner Buttons (15K) as shown. E. Place Covers (15L) over Hinges (15C). Snap Seat (15H) into Hinge Posts (15M)

as shown.

Cleaning Instructions:

Use only a soft damp cloth or sponge to clean and shine. Use mild detergent, liquid dish washing soap or warm water for cleaning. Read the cleaner product label before using. Use of po lish, detergents, abrasive cleaners , organic solvents or acid may cause damage. The use of in-tank cleaners or products containing calcium hypochlorite can damage ﬁ ttings in the tank. Use of other than a soft damp cloth or sponge will nullify our warranty! Special Trim: Trim products which contain Po rcelain, or other similar sub stance, are like ﬁ ne jewelry and should be cleaned with warm water. Installation of Said Trim is at Users Risk!
