Price Pfi ster provides the following Warranties for its products. Proof
of Purchase may be required in order to obtain any of the benefi ts set
forth below.

Limited Warranties: Price Pfi ster warrants that for as long as the original
purchaser owns the home in which the Price Pfi ster product (the “Product”)
is originally installed, the Product will be free of all defects in material
and workmanship that would impair the intended and proper use of the
Product. If the Product is installed in a commercial application, the above
mechanical warranty shall be limited for a period of ten (10) years from the
date of purchase of the Product.

Price Pfi ster warrants against deterioration of the Product’s fi nish for as long
as the original purchaser owns the home in which the Product is originally
installed. If the Product is installed in a commercial application, the above
fi nish warranty for Products that do not contain the Pforever fi nish shall be
limited to a period of fi ve (5) years from the date of purchase.

Exclusive Remedy: In the event of any defect in the Product that breaches
the foregoing warranties, Price Pfi ster, at its option, will repair or replace
the defective part of the Product. Repair or replacement of the Product is
the exclusive remedy.

For any remedy under this warranty, Price Pfi ster is to be notifi ed describing
the problem. In order to notify Price Pfi ster and receive assistance or service
under this warranty, the original purchaser may: (1) call 1-800-Pfaucet
(1-800-732-8238) for a consumer service representative who can assist
you, or (2) write consumer service department c/o Price Pfi ster Inc., 19701
DaVinci, Lake Forest, CA 92610, and include a description of the problem,
model number, your name, address, phone number and approximate date
of purchase, or (3) email Price Pfi ster’s customer service department by
going to www.PricePfi ster.com, or (4) notify the location or distributor
from which the Product was purchased. In any case, you may be required
to return the Product to Price Pfi ster for inspection and proof of purchase
may be required.

Limitations and Exclusions:
PRICE PFISTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES
OR LOSSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL
AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE
LEGAL THEOR Y ASSER TED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR BREACH
OF WARRANTY HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, AND
WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TOR T (including negligence
and strict liability).

Price Pfi ster has the right to discontinue or modify any product at any
time. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may
also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The above warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper
maintenance, repair, cleaning or installation, misuse, abuse, alterations,
accidents or acts of God.

2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY

Locate water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are usually found
under the sink or near the water meter. If you are replacing an existing faucet, remove
the old faucet from the sink and clean the sink surface thoroughly.

4 CHECKING THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX

Upon opening the box, check to ensure that all of the following items are included.

A Spout Body B Handles (2x) C Stem Extension (2x)
D Valve Bodies (2x) E Pop-Up Assembly F Pop-Up Rod
G Bag [Flange, Seal Base, Plastic Nut] (2x) H Hose
J Bag [Nuts (2x), Square Washer (2x)] K Hex Wrench
L Nut & Mounting Washer M Seal Base & Spout Base

5 SPOUT ATTACHMENT

Insert Lift Rod (5A) into hole at the back of Spout (5B). Place Plastic Seal Ba se (5C)
against the b ottom of Spout Ba s e (5D). Place Spout Base (5D) against the b ottom of
Spout Body (5E). With Spout (5F) facing forward, carefully install the Lift Rod (5A) and
Shank (5G) through the center hole of sink (5H).

6 SPOUT INSTALLATION

From underne ath sink, secure S pout Body (6A) by placing Met al Washer (6B) and
threading Locknut (6C) onto Mounting Post (6D). Make sure that the bumps on Metal
Washer (6B) are facing up.

Caution: Do not over tighten!

7 VALVE BODY ATTACHMENT

Remove Clip (7A) from Valve Body (7B) and save. From above sink, insert Valve Body
(7B) through Mounting Holes (7C). The HOT valve, labeled with Red Tag (7D), should
be positioned to the left side of the spout.

9 VALVE FLANGE ATTACHMENT

Place Seal B a s e (9A) and Fla ng e (9B) over Valve Bo d y (9C) covering the Valve Body
Washers (9D). Secure by threading the Plastic Nut (9E) onto the Valve Body (9C).

8 VALVE BODY INSTALLATION

Before pro ceeding, Valve Stem s (8A) are to be set i n the closed po sition. From
underneath sink, place Square Washers (8B) onto Valve Shanks (8C) and tighten loosely
with Mounting Nuts (8D). Temporarily place H andle s (8E) onto Valve Ste ms (8A) to
make sure the ha nd le l ever s ar e p ro p er l y ali g ne d to s ink . Rem ove H an dl es (8E ) and
tighten Mounting Nuts (8D) until Valve Bodies (8F) are fi rmly secured to sink.

Do not use handles (8E) to tighten or to rotate Valve Bodies (8F)!

10 HANDLE INSTALLATION

Screw Stem Extender (10A) onto the Valve Stem (10B). With Valves in “Closed” position,
attach Handle Hubs (10C) onto Valve S te ms (10B) and tighten Set Sc r ews (10D) w it h
the Hex Wrench that is provided. Ma ke sure Set Screw (10D) is securely tightened to
Handle (10C). Attach Decorative Button (10E).

11 HOSE CONNECTION TO SPOUT BODY

From underne ath sink, p ush the C enter Con nector (11A) onto Receiving Tube (11B),
until unabl e t o push any furth er. Pull down on the quick connect hous ing (11A). If the
housing and t he Inn er Col let (11C) s eparat e slight ly but do n ot pull of f the Re ceiv ing
Tube (11B), the connection is secure.

13 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS

Connect water Supply Lines (13A) to Faucet Inlets (13B). Hot water supply lines go into
left inlet. Cold water supply lines go into right inlet. (Supply lines not included). Please
follow manufacturer’s instructions when installing supply lines.

12 HOSE CONNECTION TO VALVE BODY

Slide the End C onnect ors (12A) w ith arro w (12D) point ing up onto th e Valve Bodies
(12B). Push the End C onnector s (12A) all the way up unt il complete ly seated. Be
careful n ot to damage O -Rings (12C). Place Clips (12E) onto End Bodi es (12B) to
secure End Connectors (12A).

19 HOSE CONNECTION REMOVAL

To detach Hose Assembly (19A), remove Clips (19B) from End Valve (19C) and pull the
End Connectors (19D) from End Valves (19C). Remove Center Connector (19E) by
pushing up on Quick Connect Housing (19F). Holding plastic Collet (19G) in place, pull
down on Quick Connect Housing (19F) until is free from Tube (19H).

CAUTION: Maintenance

DISASSEMBLY

1. Replacement parts may be available at the store where you purchased
your faucet.

2. When replacement parts are not available, please write or call Price
Pfi ster Consumer Service.

3. Always turn off water and relieve pressure before working on your

faucet.

17 HANDLE REMOVAL

Turn off water before proceeding! With valves in closed position, detach Decorative
Button (17 A), unscrew Fastener (17B), and Handle Hub (17C) from Valve Stem (17D).

18 VALVE CARTRIDGE REMOVAL

Turn off water supplies and relieve pressure before working on your faucet (see
step 2). Remove Handles (see step 17), Valve Flange (18A), Seal Base (18B) and

Plastic Nut (18C). Unscrew Car tr i dg e A ss em bly (18D) and inspect. Rep la ce p arts as
necessary.

NOTE: Trim Care

Cleaning Instructions:

For all Handles and decorative fi nishes, use only a soft damp
cloth to clean and shine. Use of polish, detergents, abrasive
cleaners, organic solvents or acid may cause damage. Use of

other than a soft damp cloth will nullify our warranty!
Special Trim:

Trim products which contain Porcelain or other similar
substance are not acceptable for public areas or Commercial
use. Installation of Said Trim is at Users Risk!
